As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Always check your food before you leave this location. I placed an order for a “chicken bite box” and I received four pieces of chicken in total and old, cold fries. Three of the popcorn bites were EXTREMELY HARD.

My meal was 1028. I handed them a 20 bucks. And they would not give me change. When I told them the issue. They told me I had to wait till the manager comes in tomorrow. I went there today. And the manager said I had to wait for the boss. I want to be mad if it was a few bucks. But we’re talking I almost paid double for my food. They were all playing very loud. Very provocative music. I definitely won’t be coming back. They literally robbed me. And the food wasn’t even that great. For as long as I waited. It’s BS. Nobody wants to actually work no more. I was literally robbed. I know it was only $10 but come on.

12:40 in the afternoon on a Friday and nobody is around to answer the drive thru speaker. After 5 minutes of waiting I ended up going to a different restaurant. Multiple people walking around inside. I don’t go to this Checkers often, but every time I do go there is an issue.

The service at this location is always friendly, but the mobile order pick up system they have in place is terrible for anybody new to the location. Signs point one way, but then the traffic flows the opposite. Very confusing and frustrating. Either need updated signage or a new set up:

fried mushrooms were horrible and they were not ready. I understand that they are not pre-made, but I should have been informed that there would be a 2 and a half minute wait when I was attempting to place the order, not once I got to the window to pay.
