As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Why can’t this location get an order right. Had to remake the last order 3 times and still got it wrong. No lettuce. Simple if you ask me. Every time it’s something different including the fully loaded french fries. Just don’t order from this location. The cooks don’t care. Don’t do it.!!!!!!!!!!

This is my favorite Checkers for two reasons: the Olive Burger with cheese and the Mushroom & Swiss burger. The other Checkers in the area do not serve these and they are really good. The seasoned fries are served at all locations and are also very good. I go here regularly and until recently have had very good experience. The food is good and the service by the human staff is excellent. Which brings me to the reason for missing the fifth star. The AI order taker at the drive thru is junk. In years, I rarely had a wrong order but since the AI, I’ve had several. The staff at the window are nice and fix things but that’s not until after getting a receipt or the wrong food. The AI doesn’t get the order right, doesn’t repeat your ordered items back, doesn’t list the order on a screen so there’s no way to know it’s wrong until you get to the window to pay. Except for that, this location is 5 stars all the way. The human staff and food are great! Special note for people that drive big trucks – the drive thru lane is VERY tight. If you value your paint & extended mirrors, be careful or just walk up to the window. If you’re pulling a trailer, don’t even try.

The food is mostly okay. The fish sandwich patties are a little thin so they cook up dry and the edges are crunchy. The burgers are decent and the fries have flavor.
Their shakes seem to have less fillers, so are easier for people to drink than most others fast food ones out there.
Will recommend the strawberry cheesecake bites while they have them. If you really are short on time, this is A decent, quick stop. (Although the AI drive through voice will waste too much time asking if you want to make each thing a combo as if you forgot what you wanted to order for EVERY ITEM! Still, the staff make up that time at the actual window which is phenomenal.

So my boyfriend and i are regulars coming here and we are right up the street, we tried the baconzilla and the small frys and we also ordered the 2 for 5 checkerbuger with no tomatos or pickles or onions, well its been hitting the spot but unfortunately, we places a online order and i went thru the drive thru and it was 2 ladys working!! food wasnt fresh the fries had some cold, sauggy, hot! the burger was okay, although when the guys work during the day sooo good. i didnt call or complain to the store because mistakes do happen but i will take a break from ordering from this place!! sorry about the honest review!

Rally fries is usually about the best but today that first bite was so horrible I immediately spit it out & took my food right back…. which they took back, & then refused to give a refund. I never touched the burger & took 1 bite out of 1 fry. That was it.
I’ve gone back & forth with other fast food restaurants with the same “no refund policy” on certain orders. The problem is, your company policy does not supersede the law.
Federal law, specifically through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), requires businesses to provide a full refund if they fail to ship ordered goods or if the customer is billed for unordered products. While some state and local laws allow for “no refund” policies, these typically apply only when the customer changes their mind, not when the product is unreceived.
Please have the store manager contact me for a full refund or I will sue

The food was good, my kids loved it, but like all fast food, a bit pricey. Highly recommend the olive burger, it’s not on the menu but it’s amazing

The store was understaffed which caused a bigger delay in service than we normally experience at this location. Two of three fry bags were only half filled compared to the third bag. One fry bag was put in the carryout bag on its side and another was put in upside-down.

Tried your special Pretzel Pubster, both patties were so dry and about 2/3 the size of the bun, there were no crispy onions, I didn’t find any bacon and the cheese was cold right out of the refrigerator. The whole thing tasted burnt. Very disappointed.

Went to this location and I tried to order a 4 For 4. The lady said they no longer offer this and I said well I still want it. I pulled to the window and she said $8. I canceled and went to another location and they still have the 4 for $4. Not sure what is really going on here???
