As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service was great! They always have good food here every time I come the food is always hot. They always do their best to serve you as fast as they can understand that sometimes they do get backed up due to how busy they are when you visit. I’ve never had an issue with my order being wrong.

Horrible absolutely horrible, took almost 30 minutes for the food and when we did they didn’t give us drinks. The chicken burger was Cold and the fries tasted like they were heated up in a microwave. If I could rate this “fast food” place it would be 0 stars.

I have been here a lot never had bad service but tonight Kaitlyn waited on me and she was awesome! She communicated with me while I was waiting for my food to cook and was so so nice! I’m a manager at one of my jobs and I Doordash part time so after a long day it was a delight to have such awesome customer service! Keep it up Kaitlyn I see you!

I stopped by last night after working all day decided to grab dinner for my husband and daughter. We ordered the Memphis bbq burger the #1 burger only, a large fry and a chill cheese fry. When I got home we had everything but the #1 burger. Was upset because our drive was 30 minutes away. Didn’t get a receipt just my change. Guess it’s my fault for not checking my bag before I left. ☹️

The food was hot and fresh. You have to wait on chicken tenders, but they have a great system for you to wait and is not bad at all. Might be the best value for a burger joint that exists. Two big bufford combos for $13 seems extremely reasonable in this high inflationary period.

I have been going here ever since I was a little kid. I always ordered ice cream, fries, and a hot dog with cheese and pickles, I know very weird. I have started to order chicken bite boxes and chicken tenders and they never disappoint me. Always hot and fresh no matter what I order and I love it. Honestly my favorite fast food place ever.

They’re good for the fries but when the fries are old, soggy and cold, then they’re not good for much else. Got two double cheeseburgers that I requested plain, and instead got two small cheeseburgers with a whole salad on top of each. The obnoxious amount of sauces alone made my bread soggy and I just tossed it all. I used to love this place as my late night dinner, but lately it’s gone down drastically
