As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They had a $4 meal the month before when you get the double cheeseburger fries and apple pie and a drink now it went up to $5 but I’m going to tell you it’s fresh always. Hot apple pie is hot, and the fries are hot and fresh you really can’t get a better deal.

Yesterday I did a double dash order around 10 for checkers and dollar general. It took almost two hours for both to be delivered. Then the dasher Jose told me they sent him to checkers first. So my order sat in his car with no seal in the bag. Spent $22 for the whole order to be cold and ice had melted in the soda. Doordash only issued $6 credits out of $22. I’m livid cause my whole order was cold and not eatable. I sent in photos and everything. I am highly upset with the outcome. When my dash pass is up I’m done with doordash.

These weirdos sold me hot wings but did not give me the ranch dipping sauce that comes with it . I spent over 50 dollars but the manager asked me to pay more for the dipping sauce that was supposed to have came with it. And the stud that took the order left the chili dogs off the order. She appears to be slow just like the manager. Never coming there again!

Went to checkers before work and got a fry season chicken tenders with honey mustard meal with a apple pie I ordered got to the window no greeting just silence as I gave her my card and paid, she gave me my card back and not even a second after she looking down on her phone in the drive through……. Got my food and left, when I got to work no honey mustard and no fries…… tired of going there and things stay missing or the food be cold in this case my tenders were FRESH just would’ve loved to enjoy them with honey mustard and my fries like I intended… you call up there to try and tell them so I can get my money or get the food the voicemail not set up and no one answers smh DO BETTER!!!!

We don’t have one in Montgomery anymore, so i figured I’d stop. Order was taken quickly, and the employee was nice. Outside areas were clean and well maintained. Food was prepared exactly how i ordered and everything was hot and fresh. Was a fantastic lunch. I’m not a big fan of their cheese though, next time I’ll order without.

I love Checkers! However, I have to leave this review. The food is usually pretty good. Lately I been getting everything ordered hot but this time my sandwich or cheese sticks wasn’t hot. This is automatically a negative. On top of that, I found a bug in my drink after I had done bout finished the drink. “Picture attached” I was pretty annoyed after seeing the bug. Not a lot of people are interested in bug juice in your drink. I understand this could have came from the cup factory but now that it’s made aware with proof hopefully the proper changes can be made so it doesn’t happen again. I could see it being a while before I go back.

Horrid, horrible! We pulled up and at the order area , an automated voice proceeded to take our order. Kind of amusing as it cannot communicate !! So, everything was jumbled up. A real employee had to come on and that was an 8 min wait. As we timed it because it was so long. He couldn’t get the order straight but did after 3 tries. ( maybe he was new. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt )
The food is very expensive! The quality was less than average to us. The chicken strips were ” ok” but dry. ALL our food was lukewarm, including fries.
We won’t be going there anymore. The first time we ate there a few years ago, the hamburgers and food were hot and very tasty. The ice cream maker was broken. ( that can happen )
The employees that we encountered that day had bad attitudes. Perhaps something internal was going on that we wouldn’t have known about. I don’t know.
