As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food is amazing, if you can get it. I pulled up to order and after sitting for a bit they asked me to hold on cool there busy. After sitting for ever I drove around and went inside. The employees must have been hiding in the back because there was nobody around. But there’s a Sonic down the street

It’s in a gas station, the atmosphere is only so good. All the food was made to order and the team was very pleasant! Definitely visiting again. Thank you for such a good experience!

We just left there and went back with our burger . The bun was shredded, it looked terrible. I watched the guy making it . He took the roll back behind the wall on the right of the counter.. then came back out with it and made my burger with it . The other employees were all watching it was obvious to them of what he was doing. There was no reason to walk away with my roll. I will not return and I will post this and a picture of the sandwich on social media. It happened at 4:50 pm April 10 I know there is a video of it and it needs to be looked at.

Ordered 2 pretzel burger deals ,was told to pull up to window cause they couldn’t make sence out of order. Got order as n drove to house … one burger was smashed down , cheese pushed out onto wrap as if on purpose. Be a while till i visit this place again.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 2 big before, 2 fry lover doubles, 1 spicy chicken, 1 fish, 1 large fry and a large coke.
Pull to the window, paid $34, got drink. Was told to pull over and they would bring it to me. I didn’t mind because that’s a given when I come here.
After 10 mins, she’s at my window and repeats my order to me, hands me the bag and leave. Drive 20 miles home, and no fish sandwich or spicy chicken sandwich.

Just got 2 burgers from here and the guy working the window must have been on drugs, he was showing pictures of naked women to my girlfriend on his phone and throwing his hands up and cussing when we pulled off. Something needs to be done about the employees these places hire. Drug test maybe?

The food is good but I shouldn’t have a window slammed in my face for ordering something they don’t like to make. I order sometimes like 4 to 5 chili dogs and I give them ample time like 30 mins to make them and all I get when I go to pick them up is rudeness. Customer service is always great. Management is awesome. They are always courteous the store is always clean. The atmosphere is just amazing. I recommend them to everyone. Very great experience. Continue to manage the store just like it is.
