I got a basic burger with special sauce, it was salty. The guys working were very courteous, customer service was fine. But the lobby was dirty. Finger prints on the glass, sprayed ketchup dried on the wall, smudges all over the counter.

This place is ridiculous! I go there after a horrible experience the night before and he says my boss called he wants me to make it right I was meaning to call you. Check the cameras I stood in there for over an hour! Forgetting and forgetting and forgetting same as last night… I get home and all 3 bbq bacon burgers have Mayo on them! Gross! No bacon what so ever! I left a good review for the manager feeling bad because he truly is trying but there is zero organization there! I caught on video the workers holding buns up to their dirty clothes not once did I see hands washed ! Not to mention the poor fry girl has to keep going over and doing the window guys job! It’s a computer figure it out! Poor girl! Not to mention 2 other people came in one being a dash driver needing remakes the other very angry demanding a refund! I’m pissed becsuse who the makes a bbq burger like that the manager made them himself theb carries them all through the kitchen. No bacon all it was is a burger with onion tanglers and Mayo ob a bbq bacon burgers. I was so excited for it as I got it last night and my boys loved it and we ordered 3 so now we are all sharing food my kids gag with Mayo and so do I! Ughhhhhhhh

My experience here was horrible, management please do better with fellow employees, first off no staws which i said its ok , but then as my husband sip out of his soda found a piece of plastic in his cup as he drank . Second, my burger bun was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. Honestly this was bad.

Nah nah nah, some of you guys are talking absolute nonsense! This afternoon team is amazing! Chloe even took the time to read out the menu for me since it’s been a while since my last visit to a Checkers. That’s already great customer service. But then I get a nice smile and quick food turnaround? And the iced tea was actually sweet!? 5 stars from a fast food place isn’t all too common. Give Chloe a raise!

I literally had to stop and get the cashiers name because she was so sweet and helpful. Chloe was very kind and even helped me bundle my food to save a couple bucks. They were really packed so I had a little wait of five minutes, but it was definitely worth it. I will absolutely be coming back to this location and bringing my friends and family as well. The spicy chicken sandwich was great.

I’ve been here a few times. Every time the staff is rude. They are talking to each other but ignoring customers. Even while waiting on you they will laugh and joke around with the other staff and don’t look you in the eyes or talk to you. The last time my bill came to nine something. I gave the girl a 20. She gave me back $20 in change. I could have had free food, but I’m honest.

This place has gone down hill. I used to come here and was always a happy customer. But I went in today and ordered. Pretty quickly the lobby filled up, and the cashier took our orders. But then it was kaos. Every employee was running around doing something but it seemed like every single one of them was off in space in their own world not knowing what was going on. Finally food started coming out, but it was food for people who ordered after me. Finally almost 15 minutes later I asked for a refund. The manager seemed incompetent at that single task. Literally took the guy over 5 minutes to get me a refund. Whoever is running this place clearly doesn’t care.

I grew up loving Checkers but unfortunately there is no longer one in my town. I was pleased to find out there was one in Capecoral and was not disappointed! Food was Amazing! The employees there are also kind and informative. Looking forward to stopping by next trip! P.S get the loaded fries they are the best!

I remember Checkers being good when I was younger. This was one of the worst burgers I have had in a long time. Fries were cold, Ordered large drinks and got small. Employees response was “I’m having a bad day” didn’t offer to fix! Got home and the drinks were wrong ♀️

I went here today with my client( both of our first time) and was greeted at the door by the manager Dallas. He was completely welcoming and gave us a meal on him anything we wanted from the menu! food was fresh and very delicious! will definitely be eating again! 10/10 customer service!
