As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The staff were super kind, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Honestly some of the nicest people I’ve met at a drive-thru. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I ordered online, and my food was ready fast, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it! Everyone I interacted with had a great attitude and big smiles, which made the visit even better.
I’ll definitely be coming back more often ⭐️

Food was teady when i arrived all packed up. However the food was not hot. The sandwiches were not marked. The fries were cold and I had to reheat them in my airfryer and the sandwiches as well in the microwave.
I didn’t get an apple pie thats was part of my order and I called and no one answered.
Driving back there is not an option at this time unfortunately.

I can’t even begin to describe how delicious my burger was. I have eaten at a few Checkers around the country, have mostly left disappointed, regretting taking the chance. But, this was incredible! The burger was so juicy and flavorful I actually exclaimed “wow” more than once while alone in my car. I do not regret taking the chance this time, and I will surely return to this location and chance it again, soon!

Used there app. Sent time to pick up. NOT asap. Got confirm of my time. Which was what I put on app. Then I got a msg that it was moved back around 5-10 min. Right after that msg. Second only went by. I got a msg it was ready for pick up. This was 15+ min earlier than my pick up time I had selected. 20+ minutes before the time they just sent me. Went to pick up line and showed them the msgs. Of course the fries were cooled off. They did make me new fries. I said we would just suffer with the sandwiches. Their receipt should pick up right away. My text should the time I put in and then a later time in a 2nd message. There app needs to be checked out if it’s giving the store the wrong information.

Fries are always soggy, manager is the RUDEST person i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with at a fast food place, and they close early when they feel like it.
My last five visits i have ended up mot even getting food due to either uncooperative attitude from staff (usually the manager who apparently cant keep her store staffed so she has to do drive thru) or them being closed.
Favorite fast food place but this location is TRASH ️

Whoever the manager working the night of 10/03/2025 was, needs to be fired i sat at the order menu for 10 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged which never happened, so I left, they saw me walked away and said nothing to me through the speaker. Then after I left I called to complain and they hung up on me before getting me the manager. Then I called back and the manager didn’t even care and she’s the 1 who ignored me at the window she said. As someone who works in food service as well I can understand if you’re busy, but this manager needs a reality check on customer service. Fix your staff owner.

Not the Checkers of 20 years ago when you could get a nice slice of purple onion on your burger. A staff member was splashing mop water around while they were preparing our order. They also had us pull around the building to wait. The place was very tired and grungy too.

My sandwich and fries looked like it had been plunged into 60 day old oil. It was almost black and soaked into oil.
I didnt get a hey, hello or thank you. Im pretty use to that with fast food now but the food was just disrespectful. Made me remember why I stopped eating checkers for so long.

Was there today order 2 double fish combo and a single cheese burger meal. When I went to pay the lady only gave me one drink and told me that I had changed the order. I was very specific, but ended up paying $6.00 for drinks. When I got home there was only one order of fries and very greasy, one of the fish sandwiches was hard like it was sitting out there from someone’s previous order. This place sucks. They stole my money and I needed up with a greasy sandwich and fries.
