As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Is drive-thru only as far as we know in all locations do they make one of the best burgers we found in a fast food joint. Whether it’s a little $5 lunch and deal with everything you need or a $7 Big Buford and to top it off they have some of the best french fries going

When I pulled up every person (4 employees) were all outside. They all went in and didn’t seem very happy that a customer pulled up. I ordered a fish sandwich that looked like it had been in the deep frier for 30 min, or it was very freezer burnt. I then tried to call the store and no one answered the phone cause they are all outside. The owners and managers of this establishment need to spend some time there cause this place is awful. I am a business owner and am appalled over the poor customer service, terrible food quality, and the fact everyone is on break all day. Some one from corporate should reach out to me.

Haven’t been to a Checkers in a long time. Used to really enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich. Decided to give it a try tonight. Totally disappointed! One person ahead of me in the drive through. Took a while for them to take my order. Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a small fries. Opened it up when I got home and the sandwich was tiny. The small fries was the smallest I have ever seen and they were $2.99. The sandwich has a tiny amount of what appeared to be lettuce and a dab of mystery sauce. This was smaller than a Happy Meal with no toy. It was truly a child size portion. The “meal” cost nearly $7.00. I won’t be going back. See photos.

Checkers is one of those places I go to when I’m craving something quick and greasy, but this visit didn’t quite hit the mark. The drive-thru took longer than expected — it felt like the staff was either short-handed or having a tough night keeping up with orders. When I finally got my food, it was warm but not really hot, and the fries (which are usually amazing) were a bit soggy this time.
The burger had good flavor but seemed like it sat for a few minutes before being served. On the bright side, the staff were polite and got my order right, which I appreciated. The prices are still reasonable for what you get, and when Checkers is on point, the food can be excellent.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just inconsistent. If they could tighten up on speed and freshness, it would easily bump up to a five-star stop.

Staff was friendly and patient with our order. The food came out piping hot and quick not to mention delicious. Very reasonable prices and if you know how and what to order you can get lots of food for a cheap deal. For sure worth visiting again I know I will

Hate to do this because they are usually pretty solid but my order has hair in it and the manager pretty much told me they don’t care I get it’s late and not everyone is in the best mood but whoever was managing 3/24 at 12:15ish needs to be retrained. Also they should stop being disrespectful to their employees I heard them yelling at them over the phone

It’s like an upper class McDonald’s that’s cheaper with way more options. Prices down here were way better than they are up north. The food was actually fresh and the workers were nice which isn’t common anymore at all even if you approach them the nicest way possible but the workers here were very hardworking and I feel bad for the blonde manager she looked real stressed.

I’ve always loved Checker’s menu. Their Spacy Chicken is delicious, but as long as the person cooking it is the one who’s cooking it, most of the time my spicy chicken is always served cold and dry. The workers are always outside smoking. The service is terrible. Everything is served to you cold and stale. I read other people’s comments and I agree with them. I think Checker should be among the greats in food service, but with the staff like this, they’re failing.
