As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t mind checkers but the lemon is just not worth the squeeze. This checker’s is basically like two blocks from my house. Every time I go there it’s an absolute hassle. So I decided to order online. They charged me extra for add on. When I got there, after I was told my food was ready, they made me wait until every single car in the drive thru was taken care of, even ones that got there after me, before I was even acknowlegde. 10 minutes after I was told that my order was ready, they just started making it. Mind they didn’t have the extras I had paid for but they didn’t tell me. They just made the order, it wasn’t until I left before I realized. When I went back, they just so rude and condisending, and essentially they said they have nothing to do with online orders. Such a disgusting attitude from the workers. Like they are mad at me for wanting to buy a sandwich at there establishment. Well fine, I mean I can tell were I’m not welcome. You guys can pocket the extra money you basically stole from me by charging me and refusing to refund or deliver on your product. Definately, will not be coming back.

DO NOT eat here, I found some weird white strand in my burger. I only realized after 2 bites and I immediately spit it out. Absolutely disgusting, it’s as if the workers hate their job because why would this be in my burger. Then the cheesecake bites had weird burnt pieces in it? Never eating here again

Tried Checkers for the first time — the food was okay, but nothing special. They use AI to take orders, which was actually pretty accurate and kind of cool to experience. Glad I gave it a try, though I don’t think I’d go back again.

delicious food but they jipped me on my order and didnt give me both my orders of fries :/ they were close to closing tho like maybe the already but the fryer up but its like u could at least tell me and refund me man. also there was a ai order-taker. they didnt give me straws either. my bad for not. double checking the bag i guess. dang. i put my faith in yall… and yall let me down. lol. damn

Could NOT be more disgusted!! First of all my order was wrong. SECOND OF ALL ONE OF THE SANDWICHES HAD MOLD ALL OVER THE BUN! Thank god I turned it over after I thought it tasted weird. This is the worst restaurant on this planet. Never again. I better not get sick!!!!

Ordered online, took longer than 10 mins to receive order. Received the wrong order. Manager was quick to make new burgers. Staff was friendly and forgiving of the error. Will try again.

Had what was literally the worst experience at any restaurant yet. I’m including screenshots and picture for evidence. I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up, they had construction going on so only the main drive thru was working.

I told the lady at the order speaker I’m picking up a mobile order, it took about 5 minutes to get to pickup window because 2 cars were in front. I was then told to park close by and my food would be brought to me.

After waiting for over 15 minutes I went to the window to ask what happened to my order, all while others were ordering and getting there food while I’ve had to wait for over 30 minutes at that point. (I took a screenshot before I got my food to show the time difference between when my food was supposed to be ready and when I took the screenshot, screenshot was taken about 7 minutes before I got my food).

I asked for a refund because I didn’t have that option through the app and just wanted to leave at that point, but was told my food is almost bagged up, so I waited some more.

I got my food and was too annoyed to open my sandwiches on the spot while waiting, but that wasn’t a good idea as the extra charged fries I requested on my burger wasn’t put on the burger(picture included of burger to show that no fries were in the burger).

The food was also very mediocre and had me rethinking why I even decided to try some fast food as I usually stay away (I’ll admit, I was craving a milkshake after taking a sugar break).

Anyways, use mobile app in this location at your own risk because you can’t cancel through app and you may be stuck waiting over 30 minutes for your food like I did, all while possibly not getting your order done correctly.

Whoever made my burger the other evening drenched it in mayonnaise so bad that my bread was sloppy and mushy wet. That’s gross! Otherwise, the service was wonderful I love the girl at the window!
