As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Let me start off by how I hate the automated ordering system. I’ve clearly started large for all the meals besides one witch was a medium. When I got up to the window the guy was numb didn’t care that the order was messed up when I got the drinks and I told the guy that 2 of the drinks was supposed to be larges and he seemed annoyed and charged an up charge instead of saying it was their mistake and eat the difference in price. When I finally got the food was missing w fries and when I knocked on the window to get their attention to let them know I was missing items they got annoyed again. I don’t think its that hard to do a simple job yet they want 20+ dollars an hour.

So disappointing. I only ordered Funnel Cake fries. After pulling up to the window 3 cars later, I was told to pull around while they make them fresh. When they were finally done, the guy flagged me down inside my car to walk up to get the order… the order that I was just at the window waiting for. I pulled off instead, that $3.39 will be the last dollar this location ever gets from me.

So ive always steered clear of this place in the past because it’s to be honest crappy decided today to give it another shot NOPE they suck even more The food was mushy But super hot like it was warmed up in the microwave fries were OK. The burger was chewy. The staff told me if I wanted to add anything to my order. I had to literally go around and get back in the drive-through line again and order again on the key over the drive-through no this place is just horrible. They need to shut the central location down this 34th St. south location down or get new management. The food sucks here. Customer service sucks.

I went there and order two double cheese burgers everything but lettuce i got home and I had two singles no tomatoes on it . Your employee was outside smoking weed with your customer at around 1245 am .Also every night past 10pm they put a sign on walk up windows that business is closed .

The woman who took my order couldn’t even speak, she was completely rude, and she bit my food. I told her, “You can’t do this,” and she did it anyway. This place is awful, how sad that one employee can ruin a business. And if I get sick, it’s because she also spat on my food.

Ordered new onion fries and 3 piece chicken strips. Food was cold. Maybe 5 broken pieces of onion fries. Not a thank you or nothing, swung my bag out of the window to me and used other hand to hand me my card before slamming window shut. Only difference I could see between me and the other treated well customers was skin color. What a shame !!!

I had to wait for 20 minutes while the employees were all on a break at like 10pm at night. After getting my order, which was 2 fry lovers burgers, I sat down a table there. The burger I had ordered was cold and just thrown together like it was an inconvenience for the employees to do the job they were employed to do. I have used this locatymany times before, and never had any issues before. It’s for this reason that I gave this 3 stars instead of 1. I don’t usually leave bad reviews either. I would prefer to write a better review and suggest some improvements.

Shameful. Place looks like a dump. AI takes your order, but the folks running the store are bound to hand you an incomplete order, walk away from you, and not even speak when they finally come through to make good on it. Advice for the owner: Hire some folks with decent customer service, or you’ll be shutting the doors for good like so many other locations. It’s just pathetic. With this level of “service” how can one be confident that the food is even safe?

I drive for a delivery service.Honestly I try not to take orders here. Like I will let them time out. They are soooo slow, consistently. Rather it’s busy or not, several workers or not. It’s like they don’t even care. No sense of urgency, no sense of customer service. You can stand at the window for long periods of time before they help you and leave the food bagged when it’s ready and still not come to window. If this was my store I’d let everyone go and hire new.

The burgers are tiny and the bread is big The workers were just non-interactive at all just completely blank face blank mouth no customer service and it was pretty dirty around there it’s pretty disappointed that’s way better checkers around the world but not this one
