As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Hate to leave this franchisee or even corporate store a bad review but.. I had a bad experience last night. We came through the drive-through at 7:06 pm to order the famous fries and fries only because that’s what we were excited about. We asked the girl if the fries could be made fresh if they weren’t hot. She simply stated that the fries are always hot. When we got to the window we tried to make a joke with her about the fries and she didn’t respond or flinch. It felt really rude like she was offended at the idea that fries wouldn’t be hot. She handed us the bag while we continued to speak to her. The fries were warm but not hot which was fine. However, I guess the retaliation was to douse them in salt. The fries were so salty we couldn’t eat them even after trying to use napkins to wipe it off. There was no way that was an accident. We had to throw them out. Now I wish we hadn’t even asked for hot fries.

Tylicia was very pleasant and helpful and also enthusiastic when taking my order! I had an awesome experience at this Checkers location and anxiously look forward to my next visit! Oh yeah, and my food was very tasty and the temperature was perfect and served very swiftly!

The fast food was different it was a unique taste to the hamburgers . It did not look overly grease but it upset Both my daughter’s and mine tummies. . All 3 boy’s in the house where fine. No one was really was taken with this restaurant.

I was requested to give this place another try so I did. I tried something new this time. I tried the chicken burger and Liam order it as will. We both love it. I also tried the sinfully good French fries. I did not think that I would care for them because of the black pepper on them. The black pepper made it taste great.
They have a new chicken strips that are covered in the same seasoning they use on the French fries. I want to try it some time apparently it was requested by a lot of people.
I will not be buying more hamburgers from here. However I will come here for there chicken . They offer outside setting.

I went to order two hamberger add onions, tomatoes and mayo. Order taker told me that it already had them. I said I know and asked to add the items. Then order taker who claimed to be the gm argued with me instead of placing my order. She literally said I am supposed to say extra instead of add. I got frustrated and told them to fly a kite. When I got to the window they refused to give me name of manager. I sat there and asked for gm name and they just said we are calling police. They never gave me name and called police cause I asked for extra mayo on a darn hamberger. Worse than poor service! I was on phone with the complaint line the whole time.

This was an nice an fun stop to get my meal today So first at all the traffic this day was terrible I drove in 60 ave in Brandon FL, and i was hungry the I just Stop and when I order my food everything change to sad to happy and fun I order my food and everybody from the Cashier to the Manager make me fell great with the attention, Also My burger taste delicious and I received an delicious Sandwich for the same price.
