As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered food at this checkers, and when I arrived home and opened the items i found mold on all the sandwiches as well as the tortillas from one of the order was stale and the fries were stale. I drove another 10 mins to the checkers spot and i demanded a full refund. The manager on duty Phil who was very rude and unpleasant told me that he does not know how to do a refund nor would he figure out a way to give me money. A relied heavily on manager who would be here the next morning to give me a refund. I have to say this is outrageous for a manager on duty to not know how to perform a refund. Mind you, this was after he took my recent and closed the sliding doors on me. And I had to get the other team member to call him to give me my full refund. The other team member as well was very rude and i found a lot of food safety as well as he’s pants was sagging, he had no gloves on and I noticed he touched his pants multiple times before touching the foods. Regardless of this fact I would appreciate it if i received my refund, I will be going in the morning to get this refund and i will contact corporate as well. Phil was very rude and this is not right for a “manager” to not know how to process a refund. Training needs to be reevaluated.

Friendly, clean employee! Mediocre food. Not quite as good as burger king or sonic. Chocolate shake not very good at all. Burger and fries were pretty good, however. Again not as good as BK. Prices were very good for the value special. No place to sit other than your car.

We were in town for a family vacation. Checkers was our favorite place to go in my 20’s, but ours closed down. So obviously we had to stop here. We visited 3 times while here. EVERY time our order was right. The employee’s there were all super nice to us and our food hit the spot!!!

Not much of a wait here, wanted a quick bite and had a sweet tooth. Really came here for the Cone(lol), Strawberry cone was okay prefer the chocolate and vanilla. And grabbed a $1 burger for a dollar it hit the spot but bread was a bit hard around the corners (trashed the bottom bun) mozzarella stix i had better here, this time was not fresh.
Recent visit: ordered a cheese champ sandwich it was very good and this bread was soft and fit the sandwich.

Went to the order window. Order was quick, food was good, chicken sandwich was pretty small considering the price. If they ask if you want medium or large, that combo price goes up.
