As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Deserves 0 stars. Burgers were cold and had a terrible flavor! On top of that, they were pink inside. I can handle a little pink at home but not at a fast food burger place where I need it well done. Disgusting.

2/5 stars. they do not greet/assist u immediately at the walk up window or the online order pickup window. THEY MAKE U WAIT TIL THE DRIVE THRU IS CLEAR. ive waited almost 8 minutes once. they heavyset short haitian woman has an obnoxious attitude. very poor quality service n workers for the area of coral springs.

Horrible experience today.. I been going here for the last 2 weeks during my lunch break and it’s been fine. but, today was a totally different story.. I order, tried to pull up, but I see this hand sticking out the window for me to wait and not pull up yet.. I was totally confused because I always wait at the window for my food. She said there is a timer when I pull up in front of the window and she wasnt ready to service me yet.. than had an attitude and was super rude.. she wanted to argue. she was a very heavy caucasian gal with tatts sweating profusely.. she’s in the wrong line of work.. plus, the fries were soggy, the apple pie was flat/squished, and the burger tasted bad. the patties were super thin unlike other times for some reason. I wish i would of got her name and took photos, but I’m sure checkers will figure it out.. 2pm ish. watch the cams

Waited 25 mins AFTER I ordered my food. I know they are doing some sort of turn around time from the time the order is placed and received. I was told to pull forward and wait. After a WHILE I had to get out the car to see what the hold up was. I met the guy half way. Guy thought I had my drinks but didn’t. Had to wait for that. Then got the food…Luke warm at best I would say to describe the temperature of the burgers and double fish. Speaking of double fish…. See the pics below of how my fish sandwich came. There was actually no fish in one of them. Then to top that off one of my kids burgers bread was not good. I won’t be going back here again. Horrible…

Ordered food but did not get my complete order. My bill was $14.76 but only gave me the burgers for the 2 for $7 deal. This happened a little before midnight on 08/12/2025. I also ordered the bites and fries box. Long day at work and wanted to enjoy, but the mishaps spoiled that.

It was Monday 12:30A.M. I was not satisfied with my food. I ordered a double cheese burger and a spicy chicken sandwich with small fries through my mobile app. The food tasted really stale. I eat my meal because I was so hungry. The food did not taste fresh. It was terrible. Chicken sandwich tasted hard and crunchy. I called the manager of the store 5 times and nobody answered. I understand it’s late.

If you like chicken nuggets with lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled over them then they offer lemon pepper boneless wings……otherwise steer clear of them.
IMO barely worth the $3.
