I am not a big fan of fast food, but I took my daughter here after a late night out.
I was actually impressed with overall service quality and friendliness. For having to put up with what they do at 1 or 2am. If I choose to get something out that late it, and only drive thru, would be here. The food was fresh and hot, and served quickly.
Only concern was there are two drive thru lanes, but only one is used for the initial order. Just have to be cautious which one you enter first.

I had to give one star cause there was button for zero stats.My husband and I drove 15 mins outta our way .Cause I love the apple pies.and I notice they had fried cheese cake bites.and cheese steak bites.So I ask the order taker what’s in the cheese steak bites.He was so rude answering cheese steak .I said what’s in them Once again he yell cheeses steak .I said onions peppers what .he then said I don’t know what’s on them.so I said you should of said that I order the bites and apple pies .got to the window he says you need to order anything else I said you know what no he start talking loud and walked away from the window.the manager was worest then the employee.she says on no comes to the window so you don’t want nothing I said corporate number she says we privately own I said what’s their number.She tells me to look it up they will email her then she will call me.i told her don’t call me.Ive heard rumors bout this place they need all the business they can get.i will not return manager and crew horrible.do better

I havent stop in a Checkers in years and decided to stop by yesterday and the new philly cheese bites were amazing! But the service was super great and she even recommended me the strawberry cheese bites. I had to stop again today! Received amazing service and delicious food!! Recommend 100%

The manager Christine is awesome. No hesitation to make the customers order correct. Place is alot cleaner ( inside and out ) than other checkers locations.

Stars reflect that this is fast food, not fine dining. They had a good value going. At a time when most fast food has noticeably changed in taste—often with preservatives overpowering the flavor—this place manages to retain some of that classic taste people still remember. It was refreshing to find something that still feels familiar in 2026.

I used the walk-up window during my nightly bike ride and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. Inside was clean and filled with efficient workers. My order was begun even before I had finished placing it which created a wait time of 2 minutes exactly. (I timed it because of comments I had read). The fries were hot and crispy. The burgers were juicy and the lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh and crunchy. I ate in the patio area and noticed: how clean the parking lot was, the trash bins were empty, and the tables were washed. A meal of 3 burgers, fries and a Coke for $9.95 total was a pleasant surprise in these post-pandemic times.. I was especially impressed that Checkers does not contribute to the Tip Fatigue that nearly all fast food chains push upon customers. Well done! I’ll be back.

I was not impressed or satisfied. The large fries I received were extremely oily, to the point that I had to dump them onto a napkin to remove the excess oil. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Jennifer was so rude and while we were checking if the food was right she ushered us out of the drive thru because of her “timer” there was nobody behind us and we weren’t even sitting for even 30 seconds. get better customer service

Me and my dog blaze always go to this checkers across the street. Christine is amazing, always has a smile on her face and is happy to see me and the dog. Food comes out quick and hot. Christine is the strongest asset this store! Thank you Christine!
