As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Very poor experience picking up an order here, and unfortunately not the first time. I’ve been to this location both as a customer and as a delivery driver, and each time I’ve had the same issue with the same employee’s rude and unprofessional attitude.
The pickup window is on the passenger side, leaving a large distance from the driver’s side. During pickup, the employee insisted that I confirm the order by showing my phone inside the window, despite the distance. I moved my phone as close as I possibly could to the window and explained that the app does not allow zooming, but she made no effort to help and responded in a dismissive and uncooperative manner, even implying that if I didn’t like it, she wouldn’t give me the order.
Personal problems should be left at home, not brought into the workplace. If providing basic customer service is an issue, then this may not be the right job. Very disappointing experience.

Guy at the window coughed on his hands annd licked him fingers and then put fries in my bag. I told him I didn’t want it so I asked for my money back. He started yelling and then the woman in there came and asked if I just wanted my order remade AFTER she touched both of the drive thru windows with her gloves and I said no I just wanted my refund and I explain that her touching the windows with those gloves and making food is just as bad as him coughing in his hands. They then proceeded to have me wait an additional 15mins for my refund. I WILL NEVER spend a dime wit checkers again. This place is disgusting

Honestly, I had such a great experience at GameDay Men’s Health in Downtown Orlando. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and taken care of. The place is super clean, parking was easy, and the staff really take the time to listen and help. You can tell they genuinely care — I’d recommend this spot to any guy looking to feel his best!

Why is it nowadays that every fast food restaurant has to pull the scam of making you move from the drive-thru window to make it look like they’re doing their job faster. I had to drive up and order my food. Pay for my food. Then completely leave the drive-through drive around the whole building and pull up on the other side. Other than the fact this is a total opposite of fast food it’s just messed up. If I’m not fast enough at my job there’s repercussions. If you’re not fast at a fast food restaurant drive-thru all they do is have you pull up to get off the sensor. Obviously bad management and ownership. Also the kids chicken nugget meal is just basically french fries with three pieces of popcorn chicken on it. It’s Checkers what can you expect I guess. And don’t get me started on this horrible AI type of way they take your order in the Drive-Thru. It seems like AI from 2001. I would have rather written it down and handed it to the person then had to deal with that machine again. Hire more than one employee and stop being cheap you rip us off on the food you could at least pay people to work there
