As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Pulled up to speaker box and the automated speaker box told me to wait one moment while they got an associate to help. I waited 2 min and then said hello? A Spanish lady who appears to have been the supervisor on shift, responded very abruptly and said the machine was talking to you, but go ahead with your order. I explained to her that the machine told me to wait for an associate. She then said how can I help you. I gave her my order, requested extra pickles and extra onions on my chicken sandwich and to add a fry and a Coke. After giving her my order, I pulled up to the window and now an African-American male was at the window and asked me what my order was. I kinda looked at him confused and he said to me the other lady took your order and I didn’t hear it so I need you to repeat it. ♀️ internally questioning why I came to checkers…for $2 more I could have gone to chick fil a and had much better service. After giving him my order, the woman that took my order, walked by and stared me down as if I had done something wrong. I received my food and drove away. When I opened up my sandwich, I was lucky to get two pickles and one piece of onion on each sandwich when I had asked for extra. Last time I will visit this checkers. I’m not paying to have my order not made correctly and associates to get short with me, have an attitude and act as if I’m a bother.

Attendant Tried to Short-Change Me $1.96, Poor Food, & Safety Issue at 1:45 AM (10/16/25)
I am highly disappointed and concerned by my experience at the 4400 Curry Ford Rd. location on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 1:45 AM.
My order was a Small Number 2 Combo and a Medium Salted Caramel Vanilla Milkshake, totaling $17.99.
Food Quality and Service Issues:
1. Poor Food Quality: The fries that came with the combo were disgustingly fried in oil that tasted old and needed to be changed.
2. Short-Changing Attempt: I paid with a $20 bill (cash). The female attendant (African-American, with glasses and long, black hair) initially handed me only a nickel ($0.05) as change and did not provide a receipt. I pointed out the error, reminding them I was owed $2.01. The attendant then reluctantly gave me the correct change, but only after I insisted. This act strongly suggests deliberate dishonesty.
Unsafe Parking Instructions:
Before the transaction, the attendant asked me to park on “the other side” to wait for my food. Based on the drive-through lane layout, the only safe interpretation was to pull into the parking lot. The only alternative “other side” would have meant going the opposite of the intended direction into the drive-through path, which is unsafe. When the attendant saw I was parked in the adjacent parking lot, she was visibly and auditorally upset.
I request that management immediately review the camera and audio tapes for this time frame to address the issues of employee conduct and kitchen standards.

First of all, the lack of hygiene is gross! No gloves, no hair nets, saw the cook throw the chicken patty in the fryer with bare hands. Too long of a wait for not being busy. Overall the restaurant have seen better days, paint peeling from the walls and stains in the walls.

I decided to try the $5 meal deal I seen on the sign. It comes with a drink, small fry, chicken bites and a burger. You can decide between the checkers burger, mushroom swiss burger or the bacon cheddar crisp burger. I got the bacon cheddar crisp and add lettuce to it. Thank goodness I did because I had wayyy more onion than bacon. The fries were nice and fresh however the chicken bites were dry, hard and tasteless.

We had the most horrible food on 6/13. We ordered 2 chili dogs with onions, 2 chicken bites boxes. The rolls on the hotdogs were hard and stale, but that was not even the worst thing. When we removed the hotdogs to eat without the buns, one of the hotdogs looked old. There was leftover ketchup and mustard on the roll. The so called chicken bites were also inedible. Please don’t waste your money there. We will NEVER go back.
