As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I will never order from this place ever again. How I order my food online, paid for it, and as soon as I get there yall let another customer steal my food? Then when i showed yall evidence, yall act like yall couldn’t refund my money or make my food again… whoever them three employees that was working on the evening shift of 12/22/25, I just want to say that yall are trash and need to be fired ASAP with yall poor effort. 10/10 would recommend, this is one of the best checkers in Florida. Always cooked fresh and always getting the most from to the customers. Night crew is always on point and giving their best. Never have any problems, I will be back and I don’t expect to ever have a bad experience. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Formal Complaint Regarding Drive-Through Experience
Dear Checkers Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your locations.
I placed an order approximately five minutes before arriving at the restaurant, intending to pick it up at the drive-through window. Due to heavy rainfall at the time, I chose not to go inside, and my plan was to retrieve the order through the drive-through lane.
When I reached the window, the employee—who appeared to be a manager—informed me that it was company policy for all orders not placed directly through the drive-through to be picked up inside. I explained the situation, noting the severe weather, but was still told I would have to exit my vehicle and go inside.
Given the circumstances and the lack of accommodation, I requested to cancel the order. The employee agreed, and I left without receiving the food.
I found this interaction to be both inconvenient and lacking in customer consideration, especially given the weather conditions. I believe this policy—or at least the manner in which it was enforced—could be reconsidered to better serve customers in similar situations.
I would appreciate clarification on this policy and whether exceptions can be made under extreme weather conditions. Additionally, I hope my feedback can be used to help improve the customer experience.

Food just was terrible bread hard on the bottom bun a lil soggy on the top fries taste like it was cooked in old grease and to top that off the scanner never works so I got nasty food and no points and I love checkers but not the one by fsu

These pictures are of a disgusting amount of insects all over the front of the store. Just getting close to the building I found I was covered all over my arms legs and even some inside my shirt like for real if u come here to eat and u plan on going inside of the building cover urself with off to walk by the store. I just don’t understand how u can have SOOOOO many insects outside of the store and not do anything about them as the door opens and closes all day and night so they inevitable come inside the store too

I like checkers fries! It is a sin i must commit at least once a month. This location is right by my house and my job. The service is ok but the fries are great. The prices are cheap and the 2$ combo is insane, really you get a sandwich and fries for 2$ damn that’s insane
