As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Today is December 3rd and I came to pick up an order of strawberry cheesecake bites because I had seen the ad on Facebook… When I ordered it, I was unaware that it went through DoorDash for pick up, but I still made sure that I parked got out and went up to the window. As I approached the window, I looked a young woman in the face And she continued to walk didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. I stood there for about 11 minutes, being ignored by her and two other people I saw working. I then got in my car and Try to go through the drive-through & I told her that I’m here to pick up an order that I placed.. She said “you gotta come to the window”… I explained that I had already came to the window and that it’s cold I was waiting…. She disregarded what I said, and immediately said in a nasty tone “WELL YOU GOTTA COME BACK”…. ma’am. I could’ve chose McDonald’s I could’ve chose Wendy’s. I could’ve chose Chick-fil-A, but I chose checkers because I really wanted to try the strawberry cheesecake bites due to her being rude. I just drove off and did not walk back up to the window because I know how I am and truth be told it’s safer for her that I did so. It is 2025 and it shocks me that people are so disrespectful and rude to customers. If you do not like your job, then quit. It was a pick up by the person who ordered. I stood in line. I waited you did not help me so I drove up and waited and you told me to repeat the first step I took. I spent my last seven dollars to try those cheesecake bites because I know I’m getting paid tomorrow and I just wanted a sweet little snack… But I drove off. I did not walk back up so now I’m losing out on money and getting to try What I ordered. I know times are hard and some people have bad days, but it was no reason for her to be so disrespectful to me when I did absolutely nothing to her. I want the franchise owner to call me because they need to either retrain her or talk to her.. People are crazy and she does not know me from a can of pain I could’ve done anything about cheesecake bites doesn’t that sound crazy? I am doing something because of cheesecake bites exactly.. So maybe she should talk to people and treat them with respect as they’ve done her

I tried ordering come chili cheese fries from checkers like I do a lot! you’ve seen me eat them! and I watched the lady drop the fryer basket on the floor and put it back in the fryer!!! and then my dad said “we just saw you drop the basket on the floor” and she has the audacity to say “I’ll go clean it” LIKE WHAT!! the dirt and grossness on the floor is all in the oil!! yuck!!!!! yuck!!! YUCK!!

Good food for a good price. The drive through automated order system is aggravating. Ordered online and they wouldnt give me my food through the drive through had to park and walk up to the window. Minor inconveniences are worth it though

Went to get a $5 meal. I upgraded to a med.so it was just under 7 bucks. Double Cheeseburger, Med Fries, 8 piece Chicken bites,an apple pie and a med drink. This deal is better than the competition imo. Food is better. The trade off is Better food for not very good service. You should check you bag before leaving,they have a habit of forgetting the straws and napkins. When I went back and asked for the missing necessities, I waited for nearly 5 mins at the window. When she came and opened up the window,I was greeted with an attitude. Not the best customer service at the Hinesville location. They all need to get retrained in working with the public.

Food was ok,I believe it was slapped together..they forgot our drinks had to remind them bout it then it was wrong and they wouldn’t give us what we ordered..they were rude to be working drive thru so I WILL NOT HO BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING..ID ADVISE EVERYBODY ELSE NOT TO EITHER..

Staff is wildly rude and unprofessional i ordered online and showed up only once it said “order ready” went through the drive through and they told me id have to go to the window it then took them almost 30 minutes to make my order and they were nasty and rude the whole time
