As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

After reading the reviews, I knew it was going to be a hit or miss! Where’s the undercover boss to visit this location asap!Definitely missed on our first trip here, however I would give more stars for the burgers itself, but the they missed part of our delivery order, in which we paid… delivery($6.50), driver tip($10), service fee($11.40) and taxes($5+)! Only to compensate for 2 separate coupons totaling $15.00 ($10 & $5) and cannot use at the same time… but they didn’t mind taking payment in full online… they missed our fries, sauces and desserts… fries is what makes part of the meal great! We Even ordered chicken wings and they missed the ranch cups. This location is not for great for delivery, but maybe for dine in would be better results …

I placed my order on Thursday evening 1/8/2026. The person at the window was balancing her draw so I waited for about 3-5 mins for her to finish. She never acknowledged me while I was waiting. She stuffed a wad of cash in her pocket and then proceeded to grab 2 cups. She scooped up the ice with the same dirty hands that she was using to handle the filthy money. When she opened the window, she told me my total. I politely (I’m stressing the word politely) asked if she could please wash her hands. She responded aggressively by saying that she was only telling me my total. I don’t care if she was handling my drink or not but that was just nasty all around. I drove off and left her there. Management the onus is now on you to train your staff in proper food handling practices.

I wanted to try this new sandwich that they had . I pad $10 just for the sandwich. They offered 2 different sandwiches. One was $6 and the other $10 . I want the bigger one because it looked so good . Well this is what I ended up with . I took the sandwich back up and ask if it was the correct one . The cashier told that I have received the right sandwich. The other sandwich has a smaller burger. I feel like I just got robbed for my hard earned money . They will not get any more of my business!!

After a long day of traveling cross country, I pulled into the drive thru, only to learn they did not have any meat available, it would be 10 minutes before they would have some more meat cooked. I went looking for somewhere else to eat.
I came back about a half hour later and there was a line of cars in the drive thru, they all backed out and left (5 or 6 cars). I saw that and decided to leave too(2nd time now).

So this was the worst experience at a Checkers EVER.. Went to Georgia last weekend and wanted Checkers because we no long have one in the city. My food was Cold like it had been in the bag from another order that was given back. The girl taking orders was rude and wasn’t listening to what I was saying. When I got to the window she handed me my drink and dropped the straws. I told her the drink I ordered was supposed to be with no Ice she rolled her eyes poured it out and filled the cup and put the top back on with some running down the cup. No napkins and didn’t even give me straws just moved on like she couldn’t be bothered. It was dirty inside and I took one bite and I threw it away because it was cold and the bacon was rubbery.

Why are you saying you are not taking orders at 10:18 Pm on Sunday Jan 18 2026 when you dont close till 3 am? Then the other night they say only accepting online orders? This Is very much an inconvenience on a Sunday night. If the workers not gonna work why are they getting paid? They riding the clock and stealing time and something should be done about this.
