The service i received 11-21-2025 @ 11pm was terrible asked for no cheese and both of my sandwiches had cheese after the guy at the window said it wasn’t on there. No extra pickles as requested the fries weren’t dried of their grease. It will be my last time eating at this location.

I placed an order with door dash from this checkers and for the second time received food not as it was described and not in a “oh it looked better in the picture way” in a why does this have stuff that was not even mentioned in the description, Like my order was a suggestion, I asked for a plain hotdog and got a chili dog with onions, asked for a baconzilla and just got two patties with lettuce tomato and onions with no bacon for some reason and the got the garlic swiss clucker but instead received a chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce and onions, everything seemed like they completely disregarded what I asked for and gave me what they felt like would be fun when trying to place a call to the shop to discuss this issue I couldn’t even leave a voicemail, but at least they got my chicken bites box somewhat correct, besides them leaving the barbeque sauce. I used to very much enjoy checkers but now that they just hand me whatever they feel like instead of what I ordered it feels like I’m just throwing money through a window to get food I don’t even want. NEVER spending money at checkers again cause it would be one thing if I could at least speak with someone about setting this right but I couldn’t even get that.

When they first opened they use to be so nice. I don’t who’s doing the hiring but these are some rude people. Went through the drive thru at 1:00am even though they close at 2:00am I overheard the guy on the intercom complain how people keep coming. Guess he forgot to turn his mic off. Why would I want somebody serving me food who clearly doesn’t want to. Anyways I left I might return during day time hours.

The young lady at the window was friendly and kind, which I really appreciated. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Combo .
Unfortunately, the food itself was very disappointing. Everything was cold:
• The sandwich was not hot at all — the bread was hard, and the chicken patty was tough and dry around the edges.
• The lettuce was freezing cold, like it had just come out of the refrigerator.
• The fries were cold and soggy, lacking any crispness.
The only thing that was served properly was the Strawberry Fanta, which was cold and refreshing.
Overall, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. It’ll probably be a long time before I decide to visit again.

Placed an online order for two 5 piece wings, a medium French fry and an order of funnel cake fries. Got home and the fries were missing from my bag. What’s crazy is the green receipt taped on the bag shows the 4 items that should have been in my bag. I tried to call the store to speak to the manager but of course, the phone number listed online is out of service. Smh. It’s 12:20am….I’m not going back out in the streets tonight, but imagine how irritated I am right about now!!!!

I wish I could put zero I waited in line last night 5/31/2025 on a mobile order for 1 hour 3 different people came to the window to ask what’s the name for the order finally the manager was the last 1 to come to the window opened it and looked at us and said I CANT READ MINDS like we were supposed to know a 4th person wanted to know what’s the order name 1 hour later food came out missing apple pies had to go back up to walk up window to request those….. got home and had raw pink burgers headed to emergency room now because my children that ate those burgers are not feeling to well

I left the restaurant and came home (4 min drive) to discover my food was sub par! My patty was less than warm, my fries tasted like cinnamon, and my strawberry soda tasted of carbonated water! I attempted to call the number listed on my receipt and received no answer. I knew I should’ve stayed home and just prepared a deli sandwich.

Me and my co worker stood at the window for a solid 15 minutes awaiting to talk or speak. Didn’t happen. Upon knocking on the window I got the hold on finger or one sec finger. After five more minutes we left. That place should fire and rehire quality employees that’s terrible

This place has got to be the WORST CHECKERS IN THE FRANCHISE…I am not the type to do reviews but, this particular checkers is HORRIBLE..I JUST Went there and there was 1 car in the drive-thru and 1 customer at the window and I sat there 8 m8ns no one gor on the mic to even acknowledge that I was in the drive-thru..so I asked “do I need to go back around several time …nothing.”..then I asked “are y’all closed again nothing” so I waited another3/4 mins and no one ever came to the dog gone mic..so I pulled off and as I’m pulling off.i see 2 black females looking outta the dog gone window…i was so ticked off…I won’t ever , ever go there again…and this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this same restaurant..just the latest…Horrible..
