As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I stopped by Checkers tonight to try their new Brisket Bosswich Sandwich. Now I know you do not get a sandwich that looks exactly like the commercials, but you get something close to it at least. When I say that my sandwich didn’t resemble anything even remotely close to what they advertise. They give you some ground up dried brisket, that is almost beef jerky. The cheese isn’t melted and they on give you a “scoop” of meat, as I was told by the employee. She then proceeds to tell me that the regular brisket gets only “half a scoop”! Brisket comes in strips, not ground up chunks, and not to mention the plain white bread that wasn’t even toasted! This is the third and final time that I will visit this place. All the same reviews for the last 6 months and nothing has changed. I will be escalating this higher than management or the owner. The manager didn’t not try to come speak to me or address my concerns, she just looked towards me and let her employee deal with my situation. By the way, the sign says 3x more meat! If this is 3x more meat, I’d hate to see what the regular meat looks like!

I ordered a big Burford and it was only meat and cheese. My daughters cheeseburger had no cheese at all. The fries were hard and cold. Checkers is my all time favorite fast food and I haven’t had it in years. I was so very disappointed.

I went throught the drive thru..even though service was fast..I did not encounter any smiles or andthing..no hi no nothing..and I got the number 7..which is the chixlen sandwich..was very very disappointed..fries were cold and soggy..and my chicken sandwich looked to be burnet..or left in the cabinet way to long..should have been wasted..the chicken is not supposed to snap in half..I could not even finish any of my food..I will not be returning to this location

I ordered the pick 2 for four dollars I asked to make it a combo with large sweet tea when I get to drive thru window the “Manager “ told me he didn’t hear me so I had to order fries at the window… I can say the fries was hot ,but stuck together. My fish sandwich was disgusting I asked for a fresh fish sandwich and received this and when I ask for a fresh sandwich he made it using old fish again pictures below… CHECKERS NEED TO revamp this store completely from management to employees no customer service and very rude. I advise anyone to keep riding by this location.

This is why I stick to certain locations. The food was terrible. I was wondering why my son didn’t eat any of it. I looked in the bag. Fries greasy & cold. Chicken patties old & cold. I can’t believe they served that. I called to get a refund. No one has contacted me back yet. I just called again today, and he said they are working on it. I buy my son Checkers/Rally’s ALL the time, and this has been the absolute worst food ever. I’m tired of paying my hard earned money out for stuff and the establishment not caring about what they are serving people.

A 2 for $4 Bacon Cheddar Crisp sign caught my attention. When I walked up to the window and attempted to order it, I could not because it had been discontinued, which I learned later was due to a technical issue out of the control of the local business.
I ordered a Baconzilla instead, and a Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae, both of which were well-prepared and tasty, and served by a pleasant and courteous young lady.
Had it not been for the technical issue that prevented me from ordering what I wanted, I would have given Five Stars.

The drive through attendant seemed impatient when asking questions about the menu. I don’t come here often so i was unsure on how to order fish sandwich combo. Wasnt very pleasant or helpful. While my food was hot I asked for extra tarter sauce…that didn’t happen. Then once food was done. Its was an arm hanging out the window with who I believe was the manager with her back already turned as if get your food and leave don’t ask me any questions. Don’t ask for condiments or anything. Disappointed in the attitude of the workers and service.

Stopped at this location and decided to order some fries because checkers has the best fries. I was very disappointed that I got these old fries. They taste like rubber is almost like they didn’t change their grease out for the day will not be stopping at this location again because if you can’t get a simple order of fries, right I can only imagine what the rest of the menu taste like sorry No, I did not eat the fries I only ate one. That’s how many fries I got in the container for a medium fry.
