As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Night shift staff need some serious training on communication and customer service. I drove up to the drive thru on June 8th after 10 pm and specifically ordered chili cheese fries and told them to please make my fries fresh. I had to come back because they had my order wrong and gave me the loaded fries with ranch and bacon which I didn’t want and plus my fries weren’t fresh like I asked. One guy told me if I want fresh fries, I need to go and park. Which was fine but I didn’t like his tone when he said that. I waited about ten minutes before they brought my food. I checked it before leaving and I was DISGUSTED with how they made my fries. Mind you, this was supposed to be Chili cheese fries and the whole thing smelt and looked burnt and I did not see any chili, it looked like burnt old grease they just scraped on the cheese. I don’t know what this was but it was not safe to eat! I’m highly disappointed and that guy better had canceled my transaction or I will be calling.

We were the only car in line. After spending $50 on food, you’d think the food would at least be warm but nah. Please for the love of everyone’s health who chooses to eat here, change/clean the oil more than once a month.. the fries tasted and smelled like the bottom of a fryer and my car still reeks of it. Service was awesome though, super friendly but they got most of our order wrong. won’t be coming here again unless i feel like giving my money away for nothing because that’s essentially what i just did 🙂

You guys caught me on a bad day. What’s the point in paying extra for stuff when you don’t even put it on!!!!!! Paid extra for bacon and onions. As you can see there is no bacon or onions AND they still put mustard on it. Thanks guys would give 0 stars if I could.

I’ve had better. This location doesn’t always have fresh food. Specifically the fries. Also the staff seems like just college kids who don’t care… maybe it was the time of day I’m not too sure but the buyer was overloaded with sauces and toppings and was very messy and soggy and the fries tasted like they were over 4hrs old

The food is always a hit even though I was disappointed that they don’t have the strawberry ice cream anymore. I’ve been here several times and the service has been hit or miss, but I can say that it has been better the last few times I went. They always have new items to try so I can’t even pick a favorite. My family and I will definitely return when the urge for a tasty burger, fries, or chicken hits!

Great place to get a burger gut bomb. Sits heavy but tastes fantastic. Chicken wings are awesome and top it off with the best mozzarella sticks. Prices are typical fast food, do the specials like 2 for $7 is your best bet

Went to the drive-thru and had to place my order twice, because the first person didn’t get my order. After ignoring me for 4 minutes, finally someone came on the speaker and asked me for my order. The burger was good, fries were not fresh, and like warm at best. Loved the pricing, but the customer service left something to be desired.

I ordered ahead for the Checkers in Salisbury. Mind you I haven’t gone to checkers in over 4 years. I get to the drive thru and stay at the speaker for over 5 minutes before being talked to. Then I tell them I have an online order and I pull up to the window then sit there for 2 minutes before being asked to go to the parking lot. I waited for over 30 minutes and finally walk up to the window and after 2 mins they come up high as a kite and immediately give me my food which was now cold. I also ordered a banana milkshake and was given vanilla and ordered cheese sauce which I was not given. This was the worst experience I have had at a fast food place alone. And on top of everything there was a hair in my food. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

Passive and rushing you at drive through window. Nothing ever in stock like ever. No funnel frys no ice cream no checkers fries. It’s laughable really, not sure how this place is still running. Wish we had an actual checkers not this failing food stand. Your better off heading to Cookout right up the road. Don’t waste your time 🙂
