The “manager ” there is a rude, nasty person. Always getting smart and has an attitude. My sister wanted to get the funnel cake but didn’t see it on the menu so she asked him. And all he did was point to this other thing on the menu and said nothing. So she asked again then he says, “Obviously we don’t have it if you don’t see it.” Very rude! And that was FIRST time. The SECOND time I had a coupon and he tried to raise the price of the coupon. So of course I told him the total was wrong and he was ARGUING with me saying it’s right! Then he says, “Well, do you want it or not??” I took my money and went to Charlie’s next door where they have MANNERS and APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I never have and will never go back to this checkers again!!

The Hispanic man at the register had no customer service intellect. He was not attentive to customers, never give receipts to customers no eye contact, no greeting. Messed up everyone’s order for failing to pay attention. No apology. Worst customer service ever experienced at any fast food chain.
