As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went to Checkers tonight and ordered two Buford combos and a chili dog and the fries were so greasy until the bag was drenched along with the napkins in grease!! The burger was okay until halfway through and I had to spit it out it had a fowl taste. So this meal was the absolute worst.

I was wanting a Checkers burger. The last time I visited it was a bad food experience. Decided to give it another try today and I was extremely disappointed. I was the only car in the drive thru. My order was ready very quickly. My burger was COLD. So cold the cheese never melted. The burger was dry and barely had any condiments on it, making it even worse. I use to look forward to getting a Checkers burger. Not anymore!

Had doordash deliver from here around noon today. I got the new beer cheese burger and there was a quarter sized dollop of sauce. The burger was dry and stale, even though i placed an order less than 90 mins after they opened. The large fry box was not full at all. To top it off, im very convinced their ice machine has MOLD. Dumped out the melted ice to recycle the cup and saw different sized black peices on the bottom.

50% of my order was wrong – asked for unsweet tea – got home and it was sweetened – even AFTER I asked the cashier to confirm it was unsweet Also ordered a cheeseburger – and guess what? NO cheese! This location used to be pretty good and consistent – what happened?
Post Update: You can see that they responded to connect with them with their feedback link. No surprise that the submit button on the feedback form doesn’t work – so I called the number provided to give them my feedback and was told that management would be reaching out to me. Here it is over a week later and not a call, email, or text from Checkers. That tells me they don’t care about the customer experience!

Worst burger and soda I’ve had from checkers ever!, burger was sad. Just not worth the money spent. The gentleman taking the order had such a thick accent we couldn’t understand what he was asking us. The soda was just God awful. Flavorless soda water. Whole experience was just the worst.

Low quality service. Went here and the lady with red braids, not sure if she is the manager, but wouldn’t fill my slurpee cup to the top. She said they couldn’t fill it past some line on the cup. I feel like that’s a waste of money. Also their intercom box is busted and I can hardly understand what they are saying. It used to be a nice place to grab a quick bite but service sucks here.

I wish I could give absolutely no stars it’s been over a month and I have not received a refund that I was promised was going back on my card by a medium built Hispanic woman. Followed by an employee name Juan Williams who lied and said he was a manager when he wasn’t and had no authority to do so. I than spoke with an African woman who became very nasty and told me it was nothing she could do, well my bank and things are saying otherwise. I never ate the food and expected my refund to be processed. It’s no reason it’s been over a month and nothing has been done. I’m beyond disappointed in the service and communication I’m receiving during the holidays. I work too hard as a single mother to have money just wasted away.
