As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I order a chicken tender meal and a chili cheese hot dog. Aniya, at the window, was superrrrr sweet and attentive. My food was hot and fresh. I got the correct sauces and received a drink with no ice like I ordered. I didn’t like the chicken tenders. They were soft and not crunchy how I thought they’ll be. Everything else was good. Order was fulfilled correctly and in timely manner. Would definitely return.

I went specifically for their pretzel pub Burger to see if could fill the Wendy’s sized hole in my heart and it can not. At least the one I had seemed hardly any different from a plain mcdonalds cheeseburger. I was surprised at the price it was like four or five dollars which I guess matches with the quality I got.

If you’re going to open and have your lot half plowed at least make the food correctly. Also the robot that takes orders sucks! No one confirms the order and guess what it didn’t pick up the size change.

This was a terrible experience… unsanitary, terrible service… a “robot” takes your order so if they mishear you, there is no way they can fix it unless the person is eligible to repeat your order at the window. Order burgers they got that wrong.. ordered a chicken sandwich and got a fish sandwich that made me terribly ill…. Anyways. Don’t go here!!
