As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Got the pretzel burger was not good to me because the bread was breaking/falling apart didn’t look like the display so I’m not sure if I actually got the pretzel bread, the burger was good was not a fan of the onion rings on it

Worst of all they forgot my numbe 2 and mosarella sticks. The manager lady with tattoos, came outside with the food. Next time have the order put it inside the bags right. Never come out with altitude . Saying you know what was in the bags. Very rude of you. That’s why you now lost a customer from years. Very rude of you. Learn to do you job.

Me and and my boyfriend were excited to see checkers was finally open. I parked in the lot and watched a man walk out with a bag of food. I went through the drive through and no one answered so I went inside. When I walked in all you hear is someone cursing and screaming so I waited for someone to take my order. No one came. I stood at the glass window waiting for the girl who was making food while texting on her phone with her GLOVES! When she finally seen me she just stared at me. I raised my hands. She came to the window and said sorry we aren’t taking anymore orders and shut the glass window. I literally walked in after a man who just received his food and she was making about 3 sandwiches while I was waiting for her attention so how are you not taking orders? Not only unprofessional but also unsanitary. Very disappointing

Ordered the Philly steak burger combo & this is what they served me. Service was fast but food was cold. Not the burger advertised. Not even on the bun. It’s a champ burger with a scoop of steak. I will never go back there again.

I love checkers for their fries but I was utterly disappointed when I showed up at 10pm and couldn’t order small fries. Apparently they only offer large fries after 9pm. Felt like a money grab and also a waste of food because I knew I wasn’t going to be able to finish an order of large fries.

This particular day the manager was running things by himself because his employee had an emergency and had to leave for a few hours. He got the drive thru customers in and out. Even the walk ups. With a cheerful attitude. I saw this because he had me pull forward for a sec. Not only did he walk out my food fresh and hot, but gave me a hot apple pie for waiting patiently. Thanks again! Great service. Will definitely come again.
