As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love checkers but this location absolutely made me not even ever want to eat there again. I ask for cheese fries and I was given this slop like I’m in jail…. As a human with a brain, why would you soak my entire fries with liquid cheese. Completely ruined my appetite. Of course the staff had an attitude just like any other time. Very last time going here.

The lady gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me because I didn’t stop behind the window, if she would have said we want to stop the timer I would have known what she was talking about. They should replace everyone here. There was one time everyone that worked at this place was friendly.

Horrible service, rude employees who always seem to have an attitude when someone comes in. Not all of them, just most. I’ve had many people complain about this specific location because of the disrespectful employees. Last time I was in there, they were playing very loud trap music and the woman taking my order was getting angry at me because she couldn’t hear me over the booming music in the background.
In another instance, an employee got my order wrong. I came back with my receipt and politely asked for a replacement with the correct order and she gave me this mean mug and asked me “What do you want me to do with this?” ..did you have your ears plugged when your manager was explaining your job to you or what??? Unreal.
Food is pretty alright so if anything I’d recommend just going to a different location if you’re not too big on workers getting angry at you because they have to work.

Just order through drive thru, the food flavor less ordered no 1 combo, chicken sandwich, mazrolla stick, chicken was dry and no taste, burger was tasteless fries and mazrolla stick was dry and had funny taste. Big F for that place, dont waste money out here. Asked for a ketchup, she closed the window and acted like she didn’t hear me

This was by far worst fast food experience i have had, one when we got there the manager made us back up in a view we were unable to see the kitchen. We ordered a fish sandwich and chicken sandwich plain, both were raw. The fish sandwich had weird black pieces inside and the chicken sandwich was still mushy. We proceeded to complain and ask for a refund we were told “ this is how our meat comes” . No refund, no food remade. Horrible customer service disgusting this place needs to get shut down.
