I ordered the La Canna (Italian sub) and it was really good. The flavors did not overwhelm each other. The sandwich always hits the spot. This is a go to sandwich shop.

Staff was very nice. I love the music and the overall vibe of the restaurant whichis chill and laid-back. My order was ready in a timely matter. They are very fast. My favorite food to order is the Jamaican Red and Kali Mist because of their flavor and hint of spice. I also love looking at all the pictures on their walls.

Honestly, I only keep coming to this Cheba Hut location because it’s so close to my house, but I have to say, the service here is easily the worst in the entire valley.
When I order in the shop, it’s always the same story: waiting well over 30 minutes just to get two tiny 4-inch sandwiches. To avoid the ridiculous wait, I started ordering online, but that hasn’t helped either.
The last three times I’ve ordered ahead, I showed up exactly at the quoted pickup time, and the order still wasn’t ready. I’m usually pretty forgiving, but this last time really pushed it. I ordered at 11:45 AM, got there at 12:20 PM, and they hadn’t even started it. They realized they never “pushed it through” to the kitchen.
What made it worse was watching them finally send it through, only for the four people who walked in and ordered at the counter after me to get their food first. When I finally got my order, it was poorly constructed with minimal sauce in the center only and no avocados man (which should is apart of the sammy I ordered)
I genuinely love their sandwiches, but I absolutely despise the service at this specific location. It completely ruins the experience.

Food here is quite good. Stoners make the best food. It kind of takes you to that next level. I had the Thai stick. Toasted and tasty. All fresh ingredients and they have a few juice options if you don’t want soda.

I had the white widow(chicken bacon ranch) it was awesome and very tasty! This marijuana themed sub joints atmosphere is an inhalers vision come true. This being my first and only chance to try it out. My only conclusion is this place should be everywhere. A near perfect experience. Go there and don’t forget to try a goo ball!

We accidentally walked in looking for a different place but were pleasantly surprised—these folks make an excellent sandwich! We liked it so much we came back the next day. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with a cozy bar and even some fun Kool-Aid options that hit the spot.

I can’t believe it was taken me so long to actually come here. Went Friday and then couldn’t get the flavors of their Kali Mist sandwich off of my mind. The vibes at their 7th location is so cool, good spot to gather with friends. Excellent service too, the staff have great personalities

Had the “White Widow” as a first timer. I’d like to thank all potheads who inspired this place. The sandwich was legit. Chef’s kiss! The bread was crusty on the outside and soft on inside, perfectly Parisian-esque. Imagine my delight to find that this is a chain!

I would give this place a 5 star but CUSTOMER SERVICE is what gets customers to CONTINUE to come back. This guy saw me waiting to order while he chatting w some guy right by the register. Now I know he may be explaining something or just talking w an employee BUT tell the customer I will be right with you. Instead he continues to talk for a whole 40-50sec trust me I my not seem much but when your standing two feet from the guy who knows your ready to order is insulting. Just say I’ll be right w you sir and I’ll wait 5 min! But to PURPOSELY ignore me! No sorry no patience for that. Management needs to address this.
