We were told there was a 25-minute wait, but I counted 14 empty tables and booths. The waiting benches were full, so we had to stand and wait. After 25 minutes of waiting, we were seated at one of those booths! How ridiculous! When they brought out the food, it was one order at a time. 10 minutes later, another order was brought out. 10 minutes later, another order was brought out! Very unorganized and inefficient system. It was our first time here. And our last.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap…no buffalo sauce on my wrap… soggy and nasty…fries hard and nasty! My sons cheese curd burger was terrible the meat was burnt and something I wouldn’t even feed my dog I used to love their food first time I have been there in about a year and man have they went completely down hill, the wings were the only success tonight on a 50 dollar order. I usually don’t write reviews but when I called to let them know my wrap was done wrong the lady sat and argued with me when I said there was no buffalo sauce in my wrap like I am some idiot that has not ate there before to know what it looks and tastes like with and without buffalo sauce. Save yourself the money eat else where unless you want wings!

As usual, the food is what you’d expect from a BW’s. Good selection, good flavor, and an okay value. The only issue with this location is staffing. I understand some places are struggling right now to keep staff, but 3 of the last 4 times i or the group i was with, came here, they were either ONLY doing take out, or if they were open, they had ONLY apps/wings (nothing off the rest of the menu could be made apparently). The staff that does show up, is always friendly and they’re doing the best they can with what they have. Just frustrating from the perspective of someone who likes the food/atmosphere as a place to hang out with friends once in a while, that they can’t keep staff who are willing to work.

Excellent chicken wings just make sure you ask for extra crispy or they’ll be soggy. Excellent buffalo chicken wrap, appetizers, and nachos. Most of their food is really good, and their customer service is usually good unless they are understaffed.

First time around in March, the service could’ve been better. Today I went to dine in again. The bartender/server Chelsea was very kind and awesome! My food could’ve been there a few minutes earlier, but hey, it’s a Saturday. Overall a better experience the second time around!

Sons birthday group was a party of 24. They do not take reservations, but did get a heads up of large group. However, the woman I talked to on phone prior to this day, clearly never communicated with staff about us coming in that day. They scrambled to make seating and we were sat. Our waitress that day was AMAZING, and did a great job with such a large group. Everyone was very pleased with her!! We definitely will be back!!

Had a 10-15 minute wait, even though there were plenty of open tables and they were not busy at all. Then waited another 35 minutes after we were seated to speak with a waitress to order. Then received our food before we had our drinks. They forgot my wife’s order so we had another 15 minutes there. The food was okay, but overall terrible experience, we won’t be going to that location again.

Waited 30 min to get seated while moat of the high top tables and at least 4 tables in main dinning where empty. People came in after and got seated before us. Order drinks they come out fairly promptly. Aps come out fairly promptly as well. as i watch servers randomly take food from one table to the next asking if it was their food. How horrable. One of our order makes it to us. they finish the meal before the second meal even came. the third meal.was rushed to us when we asked for the bill to go boxes and were the last mean was. Brought food home and the meal.they rushed out was completely wrong. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. the last 3 times its nothing but sub par food and service. But hey the takes were very prompt while we waited for out table. 3 hrs ill never get back.

Updated review…The guys and I stop here frequently after work, usually on Thursday when they have wing deals. Its been pretty good lately, quick seating and great staff. No complaints really. Burgers aren’t top shelf but it’s a wing joint, get wings

The wings I got was the Mango Habenero sauce traditional wings. The wings was sweet while still really spicy and flavorful while having a nice crisp on them. I highly recommend dipping them in ranch as the ranch brings out the sweetness.
