Stopped in for a quick sit down lunch with my daughter who was craving shrimp tempura. We were warmly greeted by the young woman at the register. While ordering she was patient and kind. Then when it came time for our food it was delicious! It was fresh, hot, and nicely presented. I had the General Tao’s which was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time – could’ve been spicier but that’s my personal preference. I also had the shrimp rolls which were tasty. Next time I’ll try the dumplings though. My daughter had shrimp tempura (which she loved) and sesame chicken. She gave me two big thumbs up for it. The kind woman who brought it out was friendly to both me and my daughter. After we finished the she told us to not worry about our plates. We enjoyed our meal and the service thoroughly. We’ll definitely be back again!

I’ve been ordering from Chaus for awhile now after hearing about it through a good friend of mine. After getting familiar with the place I can confidently say the food at Chaus is absolutely unmatched! I’m honestly basic so my favorite would have to be shrimp lomein but a close second is the Taiwanese style fried chicken! The atmosphere is nice as it’s always clean and welcoming while Mei and her team are even better with service.

Our family has been eating at Chau’s for 3 years. We all have our favorites! Singapore chicken noodles, sesame chicken, lettuce wraps to name a few. The lettuce wraps are the best I’ve ever eaten. Mei and her staff are the nicest and the atmosphere is so welcoming. You can’t go wrong eating here. The best in Ashburn by far!

The kitchen gave a nice portion full of flavor. The staff was polite and got my food out fast and efficient. In addition to the food and service, I’m so glad they went back to plates instead of take out containers. The drink was really good. 10 out of 10. The renovation is also very beautiful and the mural was a nice finishing touch.
