Came in town to visit friends and they recommended Chuahan to us. Had reservations and were seated quickly. Started off with the whipped Paneer and chicken poutin appetizer. The whipped paneer was so tasty and as a GF option they gave me papadum crackers. So Yummy!! The Chicken poutin was basically chicken tikka loaded French fries. Delicious! For mains we did the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, Paneer with saag sauce and the Chicken Vindaloo. The Tikka Masala was the most flavorful, balanced, rich masala I’ve ever had! The protein portions were generous and so tender. Our server Mickey was great, attentive, kept our water glasses filled. Come hungry, leave happy!

Absolutely amazing. Definitely worthy of Chef Maneet’s name. I enjoyed a Red Blend from Hunt Ryde (in case you don’t know, that’s Guy Fieri), and my husband got a cocktail called Almost Gothic. Both drinks were delicious. We split a few appetizers and let me tell you, the portions are not tiny! We got the Gol Guppa Shots, lamb Keenan nachos, short rib French onion naan with a Tikka Masla on the side. All was absolutely amazing and extremely flavorful. Highly recommend visiting!

Holy cow this is a must stop in Nashville! We tried a lot of different food and it was all to die for. So much flavor. For an app you have to have the gol guppa shots they are like little flavor bombs. The French onion naan is soooo good you could have it as a meal or a shareable for the table. My wife had chicken korma and said it was the best she has ever had. And to top it off chef Maneet was at the restaurant and stop by and took a pic with my wife. She was so humble and awesome. Can say enough about this restaurant.

Why can’t Goggle reviews go higher than 5 stars?! My lovely bride brought me here for my birthday and I have never had a more flavorful, enjoyable meal in my 54 years of life! Mickey, our wonderful server treated us like family and was welcoming, warm, and friendly! The French Onion Soup Naan was a huge surprise! The Pork Shank and Masala Braised Chicken were divine! We tried the Gol Gupta Shots appetizer an it was a work of art! If you are looking to experience culinary works of art, visit Chauhan Ale and Masala House! You will not be disappointed!

The chai masala was delicious and hot. Amazing pani poori.
The shrimp kababs were flavorful and fresh. The salad that came with it was a perfect compliment. I suggest you offer it as a side. I would have liked it with my entree.
Wow, the daal was spicy and flavorful. Perfect with the naan and rice.
I especially liked the garlic shrimp. The serving included 7 good sized shrimp that were fresh. The tika masala was a perfect addition.
The roti was not a favorite. It was dryer than I expected. Certainly a different taste and texture. Naan usually has more butter and roti not so dry.
I would come back and recommend this place. Funny thing, there were no Indian diners. The best restaurants are usually filled with native Indians (from India). I suspect the price is high, the food designed for Anglo audience, the spice levels are way less than typical. Still, I enjoyed.

Outstanding experience. We will definitely be going back to try more things. The staff was kind and welcoming. We celebrated 2 birthdays and had a blast. The flight of curry was delicious. A sample of all the house sauces with warm soft naan. Lots of lamb on the menu, but there was salmon, chicken, and paneer.

First time in Nashville from Oregon. My wife and I had to try Maneet’s restaurant because we are huge fans of her. Let me start by saying, I read reviews stating it lacked flavor which is quite the opposite of what we experienced. The staff was awesome, food was INCREDIBLE! We had the whipped paneer, and curry flight for appetizers, they were both delicious. We both had the lamb chops which were seasoned and cooked to perfection! I highly recommend coming here if you want a fantastic food experience

The ambience is vibrant and welcoming, definitely a great spot to hang out. However, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. Some dishes felt inconsistent and the fusion elements seemed overdone at times, overshadowing the actual flavors. Service was pleasant and the place has great energy, but overall the taste didn’t fully justify the hype. Still worth a try if you’re curious, but not quite a must-return dining experience for me.

My wife and I were visiting from NJ for our anniversary. We have very authentic Indian food in NJ and this restaurant did not disappoint! We had the curry flight with fresh naan which is a great way to experience all the different curries they offer with dinner. Our waitress was havarti and gave us the suggestion to try the flight before deciding on our main course. We also had the chicken tikka and the lamb chops which were amazing. You could smell the authenticity as soon as you walked in. The spice queen did not disappoint. Highly recommended!!
