This is one bad ass seafood boil spot. Shrimp are cooked well here not over or under. What makes the spot difference is that they also sell meat some good steak and short ribs. Garlic noodle taste really good too. Staff is friendly and upbeat

A good friend of mine is a well-known regular at Chason’s (think the Cheers intro theme song) and has heightened my curiosity to pay the restaurant a visit. On a rainy late afternoon, my wife and I decided to pay them a visit for our weekly cheat meal infused date night. Entering the establishment, we were greeted by a myriad of mouthwatering aromas and a friendly employee standing at the front podium. Since the restaurant was fairly empty at the time, he sat us in a booth of our preference and quickly provided us with waters (remember when all restaurants used to willingly do this) and menus.
For our first round of drinks, my wife opted for a dirty martini and I ordered an old fashioned. Less than 10 minutes later our drinks were being delivered to our table by the bartender. After one sip I realized that I found my spot for old fashioneds. Unlike some that I have had in the past, this version had a perfect mixture of whiskey and bitters. Therefore, it was flavorful yet potent at the same time. Although not hungry enough to order a proper meal (I’m saying this in my best British accent), we decided that we should have some sort of snack before engaging in round two of drinks.
Our server Judy, highly recommended the Calamari (without Cajun spice) and the Cajun Garlic Fries. Considering the deliciousness of both the Calamari and the Cajun Garlic Fries (I must add that they were fairly large portions for the Happy Hour deal), we were very thankful for her recommendation. After getting some food into our systems, we opted to order round two of drinks. My wife chose the French Martini and I opted for a Mojito. Although refreshing and strong, the Mojito was no competition for the Old Fashioned. Judy’s customer service skills were superb and she did a great job of circling back with us (even though the restaurant was starting to fill up with patrons).
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the overall vibes of the restaurant, it was the perfect atmosphere for a rainy date night. My wife has already made plans to have an upcoming girl’s night out here and I would love to check out their Thursday evening karaoke event (highly recommended by another friend of mine). This place is such a vibe. I love going here, if your going to get a drink, I recommend getting the Avenger. It’s strong and will have u feeling great. Food wise, well, everything I’ve eaten there so far has been great. One of my favs is the pound of dungeness crab over their garlic noodles. The honey walnut shrimp and poppers are fire. Everything is great, but it’s great from beginning to end. I’m there almost every week. Must try.

1st timer and I enjoyed the Beef short ribs and Garlic noodles I ordered. Food came quick and Our server was very attentive. The place was a bit cold and seeing it was very cold outside, more heat would have been great… everyone still having on their coats/ jackets should have been a clue to the staff to turn up/ on the heat.

I had the Ribeye but I couldn’t wait for a pic before I digged in and had a few bites first. Great place to chill and have dinner. For Seafood lovers you’ll find plenty, and for steak lovers like me; the Ribeye was great. I like how there are alot of screens to watch the games too. The placement is great so you will pretty much have a good spot to watch while you eat, if you are so inclined. I would definitely recommend this place. They had a good outdoor set-up during the pandemic too, which serves as nice outdoor seating during the warmer months of course. The garlic noodles are good too.

We have found our new seafood spot period! I Looked at the reviews and we drove to Elk Grove to check this place out. Food was really good crab was tender and tasty, lobster was a little over done but not too bad. Potatoes and corn were all amazing. Butter dipping sauce was seasoned well not just salty but seasoned well. If you need low salt them ask for your seasoning on the side and Dip as you like. Plus this allows your leftovers to be brought home and made into something else. 3lbs is good for a date plenty for 2 people to eat a good portion. Not pig out but eat good! If only one person eating then eat 1.5lbs. If going out after dinner then bring a cooler with ice for your leftovers because I really do wish the server explained more in depth how much food it was that we were purchasing because I’m literally gonna have enough to make a stir fry tomorrow The restaurant was clean and the servers were super friendly!! Today was my teen sons birthday and our server brought him out a chocolate molten lava cake with ice cream. A great time was had by all. Thank you Chasons!!

The food is GREAT! The staff is amazing and quick, the atmosphere is welcoming and fun, especially on weekends. Theres a DJ and dancing after 10pm. Great place to eat, chill, and hang out. They also have alcohol free adult beverages, which is great for those of us that don’t drink.

Amazing waitress, great ambience and delicious food. Our waitress, Judy was awesome and recommended their cornbread and honey walnut prawns. Both were so good. My boys got their fresh crayfish and shrimp boil and as always, the Cajun garlic fries!
