We enjoy the meal deals. Because it helps with our budget. When our money’s are low. It is good food. I wouldn’t eat it everyday. Because then you will get tired of eating the same food. And they do have kids meals I think. And 2 items for $5.00 dollars. Like fries or icecream. You can spend alot of money. As food priceses are not cheap. But everyone love dairy queen. And they do have hot dogs.

This is the best DQ location period. The service is great, the people are great. Food is always fresh. Avoid the waconia location like the plague and come here. You can come from waconia to chaska and get your order faster then living in waconia and ordering from the waconia location.

This location was quite busy at the time that we went. (1-2 Thursday) So instead of eating in we took the drive through. Everything was fine, food service, everything was clean, the food/desserts were good. But I was disappointed that they never gave me my receipt. I was going to scan it for my Dairy Queen Rewards points but I couldn’t because they never gave me it. Disappointing, but everything else was great. The Spicy Chicken Tender Sandwich was not spicy. I don’t know what it is with companies thinking light work is actually spicy, but Dairy Queen, come on, please, make your food spicy if youre going to call it spicy.

This is the fourth ice cream cone I’ve got from this DQ since they reopened. They are putting a column of ice cream half the thickness of the cone. This is not a good way to squeeze money out of a sale as the cone looks ridiculous and it doesn’t even eat like a normal cone. I said something this time and they offered to remake it but I didn’t want them to waste the food. I’m going to give them one more shot But if this continues again I will get my ice cream from across the street. For a five-dollar ice cream cone I expected to look like a five-dollar ice cream cone. I want to support local, let’s do better guys.

I ordered two cotton candy blizzards, one was fine, the other is basically vanilla ice cream with the candy sprinkles. It tastes like nothing. Extremely disappointing!

I’ve been to this dairy queen so many times over the years. Today, however, is the first time I ate ice cream feeling angery. My mom and I went to get one of the new fall blizzards. I had gotten it once before and it was SOOOO GOOD! We went through the drive through and ordered 2 medium caramel, toffee, cookie blizzards. The total was around $11ish and we didn’t really think anything of it. When we got to the window we paid and they gave us the blizzards. Instead of mediums they were smalls. So of course I told them and said we ordered mediums. The woman at the window kinda gave me a dirty look and said okay. She took the smalls back and went to make the mediums. My mom and I were talking about it when we were leaving the parking lot and we couldn’t understand how there was a mix up. My mom heard me say mediums at the intercom and price made sense to us. My mom ended up looking up the prices and it turns out we were charged for smalls. Again, don’t know why, I said mediums. So then I kinda felt bad that we didn’t fully pay for the food we got. We would have paid the difference if we knew the total was wrong. We got home and started eating it and I noticed that it wasn’t as good as last time. In fact, it was missing two ingredients that are in the title of the blizzard. What we got was soft serve vanilla ice cream we cookie pieces in it. I don’t know what the worker was thinking but it makes me feel like she thought we were just trying to get cheap ice cream so she skimped on our blizzards. It angers me because it could’ve been handled a completely different way. Yes there was a line. I get that. But we could’ve went to one of the waiting spots or we even would’ve been will to go inside. We are not the kind of people to try to lie to save a few bucks. The worker who did this isn’t new either. Im pretty sure she is the daughter to the owner or manager or something. She seems like a great person but she needs to not expect the worst out of people and act professionally at work. I was so excited for that blizzard and instead I got the biggest disappoint of my life all because some employee jumped to conclusions.

Staff did amazing! Food was great! The only issue is that men’s didn’t have a changing room… it’s kinda sad that dads can’t have a place to change their child and women are still expected to do it! You had an update recently… why couldn’t you add one? No room? Couldn’t you make the bathrooms unisex?

I order the Crispy Chicken sandwich Flamethrower and always repeat myself to please add the bacon and the pepper jack cheese and the flamethrower sauce!!!! I guess its my bad that i never check it before i leave?? No. I always get home soo dissapointed because they never add what i ask for! All they say is “it comes with it”. I trust it will “come with it”. Its annyoing and why drive all the way back?

The best Dairy Queen I’ve been too! Came in with a friend on Saturday and it was craaazy busy inside and in the drive thru. However, I still experienced the absolute best service!!!! Matt & Reggie were 10/10, I was on the fence on what to get, they gave me amazing recommendations and EVEN offered up their very own off menu recommendation “THE S’MOREO” which was the s’mores blizzard add Oreos!! It was so delicious, my new go to blizzard order!! The service I experienced as well as witnessed them give to everyone else that walked in despite it being that busy was so impressive!! My new DQ 100%!!!! Thanks Matt, Reggie, & the rest of the DQ team!
