Read the “Half-Price Burgers” on Thursday’s banner hanging outside so I figured I’ll stop by to check it out. Ordered the “The Hangover Burger”, it came with fries and a choice of soup. Food was fulfilling and great !

The food was good. We enjoyed the wings and the sandwiches. The Saganaki balls were a hit.
I gave the service 2 stars because everyone, other than our actual server, was helpful. We had to wait ten minutes for her to come to our table because she was too busy on her phone. Once the food came, we had all of the other servers and bussers helping us. We had to go to the service well to get our first round of cocktails and refill on our soft drink. 15 minutes after we ordered our second, I had to flag down another server to tell my server to get off of her phone, so we could actually get our drinks. Then she came back to our table with a snide remark.
Combined, our table has more has more than 45 years of restaurant and hospitality experience. We understand being busy, but there no was no excuse for the service that we received tonight.
As a whole, I would go back as long as we didn’t have the same server.

Pretty disappointed about the service here. I’ve gotten better service standing by the bar on a Sunday when the bears were playing against the packers a couple weeks ago. Long story short the waitress included a “large party fee” (of 18% of the bill.) for a party of 4 . I tried to look online to see if there was anything about a service/up charge. (I did leave 20% cash tip + I payed the entire bill with cash. Which normally at places they charge you for using a card) Not sure if she thought we weren’t going to leave a tip because the busser dropped a drink on someone, but coming from people in the industry we understand mistakes happen.
Then I left to go get more friends (some left from previous party) and came back with a total of 5 people. We got the bill again and with no surprise, there wasn’t a “large party fee” . Unfortunately I don’t have the reciept with the party of 5 because another waitress didn’t bring back the receipt. But yes. Be aware of up charges. I’ve never had an issue and coming on a Wednesday it’s a bit surprising to be treated that way. So technically the first waitress got 18% on tip of 20% …. (You guys can see it’s not like we ordered an absurd amount of food or drinks either.)

I visited this place last month and enjoyed the experience. It had a much more upbeat atmosphere than I anticipated. However, the place also has a decent sized menu.
Prior to coming here, I was looking for a place to go on my laptop and eat some chicken wings. When I arrived, there was security, checking IDs. They were cool enough to let me bring my laptop in and work, even though it wasn’t particularly an ideal setting.
I then ordered some chicken wings, which were okay but nothing special. The quality of the chicken could have been better and they were kind of too plain, if that makes sense. Not that bad though overall. Now the sweet chili habanero sauce that I got with it, was excellent. I don’t even usually like this type of sauce with my wings but this stuff just had such an amazing flavor.
As before mentioned, the atmosphere of this place feels like more of a hangout. There are darts and spots to chill outside on a patio. I came here on a Tuesday evening and the place was kind of crowded. I bet on the weekends the place gets packed. I could also see the security having to be utilized occasionally as well.
The staff was very welcoming and on the ball. They were sort of busy but didn’t seemed to be in a big hurry or impatient.
Overall, this place had an upbeat vibe and seemed to have good nightlife. They have a wide range of food on their menu and have very good service and staff.

I love this place for the wings!!! food is amazing. I have been coming to this place since they opened maybe 2017-2018.

Yesterday I was there… I realized that all this time the service is just HORRIBLE, I kept giving it a chance OVER and OVER and OVER AGAIN.
Food is wonderful, if you’re planning on visiting just make sure you are full of patience.

I love this place (location and parking ..) however I don’t feel giving 5 stars is a good thing , some bartenders show less respect for customers and I have no idea whyyyyy ! , where’s the meat ? hopefully the owner will talk to them since it’s their job .

I thought this was gonna be great but definitely a mid experience. The food itself was ok. The wings, I can’t lie were absolutely amazing! Very good whole wings. The experience not so good. They forgot my fries and seem to be upset I asked for them? Where is that good customer service. I was given my fries but they were not fresh or desirable at all. On to the philly cheesesteak….I guess it was pretty good but nothing I would completely rave about. It could be the cusomter service put a bad taste in my mouth. Over all I would give it another shot on another day but no time soon. For now, stick with the whole wings because they really don’t miss with those
