Chart House in Genesee is one of our go-to spots, and for good reason. Every time we visit, we’re reminded why we keep coming back. The panoramic views of the mountains are breathtaking, but it’s the incredible service and a menu full of delicious food that truly make the experience.
The menu is a standout, offering a wide variety of fresh seafood, succulent steaks, and unique dishes that cater to every taste. The shrimp cocktail, in particular, blew us away! It’s fresh and flavorful. And with a staff that is absolutely phenomenal and exceptional, every visit is a pleasure.

An absolutely amazing experience in all aspects of the senses. Gorgeous view and modern clean atmosphere well spaced for comfortable fine dining. Jason the manager runs a tight ship with outstanding food quality and atmosphere. Staff was attentive and friendly. We were seated immediately upon arrival and loved every moment of our time there. The lava cake was to die for. The sea bass was the best I’ve ever had. Even at night the view was amazing with the lights of Denver below us. Will return!

The Valentine’s Dinner Crowd was completely chaotic, but the food was worth the wait after all!! This was our 1st visit & we will definitely be back again! Our Lobster Tails were FANTASTIC!!

The hostess on Sunday, December 28 was friendly and welcoming. San was our server on a Sunday evening for my husband’s birthday. He was very attentive, suggestive and helpful. He rates a 5 star.
Just a few other comments to explain the overall 4 star rating. The salad bar is not what it used to be in the 30 years we have lived in Genesee and dined at the CH. We had two fresh fish dinners (Salmon and Sea Bass special) which were very good. However, the plates themselves lacked any color or garnishment. Just the fish on top of the mashed potatoes or rice on the plate. Even a small dash of color with even a flower on the plate.
Last, after sundown in the winter, the view is very difficult to see the lights of Denver. The windows need something as for the most part, all we could see was our own reflections in the glass, not what was outside. Of course in the summer, when the sun sets later, the view is always beautiful. Overall a good experience.

We had. Romantic dinner in front of a warm fireplace. Our anniversary was rewarded by a fabulous dessert. Fish was fresh and vegetables perfectly served. Reanna is a great waitperson with a desire to please her guests. The manager was non existent .
We come here often to get away from the city. Great views and a nice patio ( no rain is preferable)

This is a wonderful restaurant with a relaxed pace. Come planning to enjoy and take your time. The mango/avocado/prawn appetizer is delicious. I had the prime rib which was tender and flavorful. My wife had the sea bass which was perfectly cooked. I also had a delicious old fashioned drink that was presented like a show prepared at the table. Chance was our waiter and although the place was busy, we had good service. Meal lasted 2 hours, so don’t be in a rush.

We haven’t been here in a while but have had some great dinners there and especially great Happy Hour meals in the past. A friend that we did the last Happy Hour with some time ago where we all left very pleased with the food and service told me they’d been recently and it was ‘just ok’.
Well, she was right. We had various happy hour dishes – fried shrimp, sliders, their usually awesome calamari and more – and it was really just ok. It was a bargain so no big deal but if it had been full price we’d have left unhappy.
Most disappointing was our server. This young man was unfriendly bordering on surly. His table service was attentive but, he sure put a damper on the experience. All the other staff were terrific however.
We’ll give it another shot, it’s still a nice experience overall.

I enjoyed yet another excellent dining experience at the Chart House. During this visit, we sampled the happy hour shrimp for the first time and were thoroughly impressed—it was flavorful and perfectly prepared. We also reordered the spinach artichoke dip, which once again did not disappoint.
The cocktails were equally impressive, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Cole, who took great care of us throughout our visit. His attentiveness and professionalism elevated the experience even further.
We highly recommend the Chart House happy hour for both the food and service. Looking forward to returning soon for dinner.

Had a fantastic dinner at Chart House. I ordered the shrimp and lobster carbonara and it was rich, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. The guys in our group had the prime rib and couldn’t stop talking about how tender and flavorful it was, and my friend loved the sole—light, fresh, and cooked just right.
Huge shoutout to Chance, our waiter—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being intrusive. Great food, great service, and an all-around excellent experience. We’ll be back!
