Went here for the first time with family visiting from out of town – large group of 8. Great experience! Service was very friendly. Food was fantastic! The Asian twist to the bbq was so clever and the flavors were top notch. Tom yum green beans was my favorite and out of this world. My boys said “this is the best restaurant we’ve been to!” And they’re picky. They loved the French fries which was flavorful. They loved the kids fried rice and kids chicken noodle dish The adults shared the big meat platter which gave a sampling of their bbq meats. We got appetizers to share. Thai yum ribs was delicious. Pork belly burnt ends with the sauce and sticky rice were finger licking good! Red curry mac&cheese was yummy. Of course, no Thai restaurant trip is complete without mango sticky rice for dessert and this also did not disappoint. We got to meet the pit master, Richard! We will definitely be back!

Last night, I finally had the chance to dine-in. What a beautiful little spot. The decor, from the hanging bottle shelf above the bar, to the dense cluster of hanging lamps over the back section of seating, and even the wall signage, all scream rustic and Texas – with a bit of Thai fusion!!!
I had the brisket and basil burger and boy was I happy with my choice. This was one of the most flavorful and unique burgers I’ve ever had. I finished half, indulging in the flavors, before I even thought to snap a pic. Delicious fries too, crispy, perfectly seasoned.
There are some other fusion concepts in the Houston area, but you’d be hard-pressed to find one that compares to the uniqueness and flavorful bliss of Charm Taphouse & BBQ.
Edit: forgot to mention the mac & cheese. Absolute must try!!!

We were in town visiting and had heard great things. This place lived up to the hype. Highly recommend the pork belly burnt ends- perfectly crisp on the outer edges and so tender overall! The flavor was great too. We also had the red brisket curry, the yellow curry puff pastries(SO good). The flavors were awesome and the brisket also super tender. Very cozy vibe as well, and our server Jonathan was welcoming, quick, and easygoing. This was such a chill experience with some delicious food. Definitely will be coming back when in town!!

We came in on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience all around. All the food was delicious that we had. We started with Chicken Satay, and the brisket red curry Mac eggrolls. Then sampled three 1/2 links of their in house sausage. We had the beef and basil (our least favorite) the sunrise and the smokehouse. For our meal we tried some of their house specials. H4 charm, special, red curry brisket and H6 Thai Khao Soi. Yum! Worth a stop for sure. Thanks Jonathan!

The sample platter of meats, paired with their Thai sauces and salads, took the BBQ to a whole new level — rich, balanced, and bursting with layers of flavor that perfectly showcase both Southern smokehouse comfort and vibrant Thai cuisine.
We were lucky enough to have both the GM and one of the owners there, personally making sure we got the full fusion experience of Thai and BBQ flavors. Their pride and hospitality really stood out.

Absolutely delicious. Thai meets BBQ. Garlic edamame was the best I’ve tasted around this area! The rest of our food was absolutely mouth watering delicious. It is totally worth it. Their prices are a little above average around here, but you get what you pay for. We will absolutely be back. Their service is also phenomenal!

Yall we just had the best meal at Charm Taphouse & BBQ. We had the smoked wings, house sausage, pork belly thai fried rice and red curry brisket with bamboo. This has by far been the most delicious meal I have had in a long time. The pork belly was the most tender pork belly I have ever had and the red curry sauce was definitely the best red curry I have ever had. The brisket could use more smoke but the curry made up for that and some. It was a great combo of sweet and spicy with the perfect amount of heat. The smoked wings were perfect and the house sausage with house bbq sauce was a perfect combination of smokey and tangy with the vinegar based sauce
