I can’t say enough about this place. Starting with the staff….AMAZING. I’m a super awkward/nervous orderor when trying out new food places. Not only were they super helpful but, really patient. Secondly, the food was SOOOOOO good. My family and I all ordered different things and everything was great! I was even slightly worried about ordering the onion rings (because some places just basically drown theirs in grease). However, these were perfectly made. My husband and I also got shakes. These not only were delicious but very well balanced (not too sweet, not too runny). Overall this place has a great atmosphere as well. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of TVs to you won’t miss any game. You also don’t have to shout over loud music. So this would be a great date night place or family day out. Seriously, the only ‘con’ would be to price things out ahead of time if you are on a budget. I will say though, everything was well worth the price!

Their mantra of “Gourmet Burgers for Everyone” definitely rings true. This place is stellar when it comes to burger options… and the ability to try multiple in one visit. The also have several “non beef” burgers, from chicken to vegan, even salmon. There’s definitely something for everyone.
Three of us went, all were quite pleased! Two got the duo (two mini burgers) and I went for the trio (three minis). Highly recommend going that route if you’re looking to try different ones. For sides we got the falafel balls, onion rings, and bacon cheese fries, all were tasty.
Right before leaving, we saw someone leave with a Shake… and knew we could leave without trying them. Did not disappoint!

I’ve wanted to try BurgerIM for quite a while. I ordered my meal through their online menu and picked it up after a doctor’s visit. They were on top of it! One of the staff even called to clarify if I wanted cheese on my burger or not! Super impressive!
My food was hot and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.
I ordered a duo, two smaller 3oz sandwiches, instead of one big burger in order to try more things. The black bean burgers with a lettuce wrap was delicious and had a distinct Indian flavor. The second burger was just a regular burger on a potato bun with the Cali toppings. Even though they were smaller than a regular sandwich I could not finish the Cali burger. The fries were freshly sliced and fried potatoes seasoned just right with salt and pepper.
Everything was excellent and I can’t wait to go back and try some more!

I had 4 different burgers and they were all delicious. In fact, just thinking about them makes my mouth water. I had the Angus Beef and Turkey burgers at the restaurant. Everything is cooked fresh to order. Both burgers were tasty, well cooked and still a little juicy. Just how I like it! The “Garlic Aioli” fries were my favorite thing. The cheese to fry to garlic ratio was PERFECT!! if you love fries, I definitely recommend trying those bad boys out. You will not be disappointed.

Underwhelming and order was incorrect. This was our first time trying this place and I’d be willing to try it again, but I was less than impressed tonight. I asked for no cheese on the black bean burger to make it vegan, and it can topped with melted gross American cheese. We ordered two orders of fries that were $4 each and got boxes that were about a quarter full of these weird potato slices? I would never order the “fries” again. The girl at the counter was friendly at least.

Well this was our first time. It may not be our last. They do have many options to choose through. It’s a very quiet space. I felt like I had to whisper, not a bad thing, just not what I would have thought for a burger place.
My order was not correct. The staff quickly fixed it and then brought us out extra fries to make up for it. All in all it was yummy

Very friendly service! Not too pricey..about $7 for the burger, but they were very good. Would definitely come back. The Spanish beef burger had great toppings, but I’d get it with regular beef next time. Spanish beef had a different taste to it that I’m not used to, but it was still worth it. The regular burger tasted very good.

This place is really neat. I ordered Spanish Beef Burger for Louisville Burger Week. This Burger is delicious and quite spicy but I love it. I would definitely come back to try other burgers and also the milkshakes too. I am quite surprised that they serve beers. Because Burgers and beers are good combination. And also I like the fries too. Something different.

I’ve thought about trying this place for a long time but finally decided to go for it, and it’s definitely one of those situations where I wish I’d have gone sooner The turkey burger had plenty of toppings but wasn’t so insane that you can’t get a bite without everything on it. I think when it comes to burgers, it’s hard to find a place that tastes as good as home style. For me, I hadn’t found that until trying BurgerIM. Very flavorful, fresh, and such a cool variety of flavors! I’ll be back to try others some time!
