A great new family oriented place for a great pizza experience in the beautiful small Amish town of Charm Oh on SR 557 in Holmes County Ohio, just off of SR 39 just outside of the town of Berlin Oh. Around the corner from Keim Lumber in Charm… The place opened in the last year of 2 and our visit was in September 2025. What a great place. Very open, clean, friendly with Huge booths that could seat up to 6. Loads of windows so you can watch the Amish Buggies go by. This was our fist time and it was a great experience with delicious Pizza and BBQ wings, but to top it off be sure to grab a small Ice cream cup. We ordered the medium cup and had trouble finishing as they are very generous with the amount of ice cream. This is our new favorite place for pizza on our 2 yearly trips to Amish Country SR 39 in Holmes County Oh. Check out the photos. They do have a few days of the week where they do offer a lunch and dinner buffet. Be sure to check out the containers of take home soft serve ice cream if you feel you want more. They have so many great food options. walk up place your order, grab a number and have a seat. The food comes to your table hot and fresh for you to enjoy.

This pizza is so good! We first tried the buffet in July on our anniversary trip to Amish Country and loved it. We ordered take out this time and it was equally good. I also ordered the corn chip salad with corn chip dressing which I had never had or even heard of before – it was DELICIOUS! The service is excellent- very friendly team. Last time we also got their soft serve ice cream – it was INCREDIBLE! This will be our go to every time we come to Amish Country from now on!

Charm Pizza is a superb destination for a culinary experience. Located in the heart of Amish country, this esteemed eatery has some of the finest pizzas you will ever encounter. Utilizing locally sourced products, the flavors will delight your palate. A buffet is available during select hours of the day. The establishment offers ample and comfortable seating, as well as an outdoor deck for more pleasant days. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and friendly. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is, without a doubt, one of the most favored pizzas of mine you will try. It is my personal preference. With numerous attractions in the surrounding area, do not miss the opportunity to indulge in some of amish country’s finest pizza available. Also don’t forget to try the ice cream!

Stopped in tonight for dinner. Wasn’t disappointed at all!! We were able to get a deluxe pizza on a delicious cauliflower crust that was perfectly cooked! And the sauce has a hint of sweetness, which made my day!!! My daughter got the Crispy chicken sandwich with fries and she loved it! We got an order of cheese curds YUM! Then she ordered a small Reese cup flurry, and I ordered a KIDS size Sunday! Its the perfect size when you want something sweet but don’t have room for a huge desert! Can’t wait to stop back and try out their lunch and salad buffet! That’s only available on certain days! The employees were so great and our order was done within maybe 10 min!

This is such a lovely place to get some pizza. The whole attitude of this place is reflective of the location’s name and town it resides in, full of charm. Love the atmosphere and aesthetics of the place.
The pizza is solid. I am normally a meat, cheese, and veggies guy with pizza. I don’t do a lot of specialty type pizzas. So I stay away from BBQ chicken, taco, and BLT type pizzas.
Charm Pizza is the exception. Their jalapeno popper pizza is unbelievably good. With jalapenos, onion crunchies, and big chunks of cream cheese, this pizza has won me over. The honey hot sauce they put on it gives it a little sweetness and balance that just puts this at the top of many pizzas I’ve had.
The crust has to be mentioned in it’s own paragraph. It is so soft and crispy. I could eat the crust by itself with just some garlic dipping sauce.
Their bakery is good. I don’t believe they bake their donuts in house, but rather have them delivered from a local bakery. I ordered a cream stick last time I was here and it was so light, fluffy, and fresh. No day old donuts here.
If you have the chance to make the trip to Charm and try this place out, you should. I’ve been here half a dozen times now and I’ve never been disappointed.
10/10 Would eat here again. Again and again and again.

This restaurant will always be a special place for me. We made the hour and a half trip with my father in law, who would pass away shortly after. He said they had the best salad bar he ever had. We all got the buffet, the only complaint we had was the drive home because we were so stuffed. The pizza was amazing too and the people were very friendly!! We will definitely be going back!!

Ordered a medium half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. This might have been the sweetest sauce I’ve ever had. The cheese had no flavor and the pepperoni barely did. If you like sweet sauce this place is for you. If you like excellent pizza, there’s a few options in downtown Berlin. The tables aren’t very clean and I can see why. The young lady cleaning tables barely put any effort in to the task. Was kind of laughable the lack of effort.

This is a Holmes County find. Locals eat here, and those of us passing through are in for a great surprise. They have both pizza/wings and salad buffets. Everything is fresh, and there is a wide variety of pizza selection…including a few we’ve never had before but enjoyed. Menu selections and soft serve ice cream are also available. Very clean restrooms. It is a beautiful drive there and well worth the effort!

Your pizzas used to be absolutely wonderful but four weeks ago we had your pizzas and the was very little to no sauce on them. I didn’t complain. Today we had several different pizzas at work and they also had no to very little sauce. I will not be ordering anymore.
