The burgers here are more a traditional style burger, not a thin smash burger. The original location in Deerfield is a long time Broward County staple, that’s close to the beach. This Charm City in Boca is nicer in my opinion, and has more space than the Deerfield location. I get the 1/3 lb burger, (Good ole burger), with the Charm City sauce, and an order of french fries and a drink. The sauce, is tangy and works good on the burgers, and you can add the usual toppings., like lettuce, tomato, onions, etc. The fries are really good too, I think it’s a potato cut type of french fry, but not sure. The menu has other options of burgers and non burger items to choose from. Good spot for lunch if you work or go to school in the area, or are heading to or from the beach.

We like the Deerfield location, but we were not feeling this location.
Instead of opening further out West, they put this in the downtown, which is very crowded and the parking is definitely cramped.
The star of the show should be the food, but it was sadly disappointing, particularly the burgers. They were dry, small and very underwhelming. In fact, one could get a better burger at Applebee’s, at a lower price.
If you get a burger combo, you’re about 20 bucks, and that’s certainly not cheap. And for some reason they don’t even have a Philly at this location.
The soda machine wasn’t working either and they had fans on while it was about 40° outside, mind-boggling. Needless to say, we couldn’t recommend anybody to this location.

This is my second visit. I came in on a Thursday evening for dinner the place was packed. The staff was really working hard to accommodate everyone. I tried the redneck chicken sandwich for the first time and I won’t get it again simply because the chicken filet was too thick and a little bit chewy. Everything else on it was great. The onion rings are solid and massive. The milkshakes are great.

I love this place! We used to go to the one in Deerfield Beach regularly for the past three years, but the setting here is much more pleasant. The quality and taste are always on point. The sandwiches are absolutely amazing for a really reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

Burgers were cold, I didn’t consider the other review that also mentioned that but when i bit into my burger (dined in) it was cold, approached them to ask if thats how they served the burgers but was told they were going to fix it, they brought me back my same bitten burger with 5 degrees hotter. I wont be coming back. Chick fil a got better customer service than this place.

Being a longtime CCBC fan and regular at the Deerfield location, which I still believe has the best burger around … I, and the others I was with were disappointed with the visit to the new Boca location. Unfortunately, the burger wasn’t the same: it was small, dry, and lacked the juiciness I’ve come to expect. The meal overall was just okay and didn’t feel worth the $18 price tag. Fries and rings were good.
The Boca location does have positives: the atmosphere is nicer, it’s new, and parking is easier but at the end of the day, you go for the food. I’ll definitely continue going to Deerfield, but probably won’t return to the Boca location.

Have eaten at the Deerfield store dozens of times and love it. Went to try the new Boca store today with 3 friends. It was bad. Burger itself had no flavor, and very small for the money. The fries were very overcooked. The tea drinks were like water. All 4 of us said never again. Hope the place improves a lot, as the location was always hopping when it was a Mexican restaurant. I would hate to see it have to close.
