Charm City is my favorite restaurant in Florida! Excellent food, great prices, and super margarita’s. Jakob and Britney are great bar tenders and all of the staff are super friendly and efficient.

I had the Crabby Patty, it was good, but I’ve had way better burgers for cheaper. The crab and sauce on it is unique. However, to me, it’s more of a gimmick that I try once and move on. The coleslaw was different. It seems like they use red wine vinegar in it that gives it a zing that catches you off guard. The fried ribs were cooked perfectly yet bland. Being fried takes away from the ribs and takes away from their flavor. Again a gimmick to me that I won’t get again.
The service was wonderful and friendly, and the dining room is open and well decorated.
Overall, the food was good, just you can get better for the same price or less at other places.

Well, they say the food is pretty good, I’m here for a ladies lunch, 65 total, the chef clams he didn’t know, but the dining room was set up for us, people are coming in and making orders and they got their food before our orders were even taken.I don’t expect fast servicebut they knew we were coming and probably should have closed the dining room and added a few more wait staff for our group. Just saying, I haven’t eaten yet so I hope it’s really worth the wait. We got our food and it was delicious! I would eat here again just not when there are 65 of us.

Stopped in at the new Charm City restaurant at Lake Ashton today and we were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everything was! Our bartender was above and beyond. Thank you Mora( I hope I got her name right). We will definitely be back!

Update: Besides a salad, there are no plant-based/vegan options. I have the kitchen modify the tacos to have veggies to be vegan. They also have a Greek bowl that can be vegan without cheese. I have requested that they put the vegan tacos on the menu because they are very good and with a corn tortilla, it’s also gluten free. There homemade chips and fries are very good. I’ve experienced resistance getting those dishes accommodated to be vegan, but the wait staff is second to none. The service and atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. I recommend adding a vegan black bean burger too. There are more of us plant-based eater and restaurants need to adapt.

The problem that I see, when they have a show out there it’s very crowded. The people that order are standing in line, I don’t know for how long and then they sit at their table, if they want an alcohol drink, they have to go to the bar and order their drinks. You can’t even get into the bar. The bartenders are too busy to take your drink order. It’s very difficult to come back to the table with four drinks, if you get the bartender to look at you . and it takes forever for them to take your money . I like the place and go there. I would suggest someone serving the table for drinks or having a portable bar in the atrium when there are shows . I usually sit at the bar and order there, and I watch the chaos that goes on. They would serve more drinks if the people could get better service on the drinks.
