It was everything literally great! I definitely recommend it! The service was amazing, the staff was polite, helpful and very friendly! Alan was the best and was always available for any questions and with a smile! And they gave us a small gift for every one from our group! It was very thoughtful and made our day! The food was great and the prices very reasonable and good for value! The most of us had the breakfast with eggs and the bagel with pastrami! The raspberry jam definitely deserves a try!

I’ve been to other branches of this café before, so it was a place I chose knowingly and happily. This time, I was torn between crème brûlée and cheesecake. I asked the waiter for a recommendation, and he confidently suggested the cheesecake — and I’m so glad he did. It was absolutely amazing.
The waiters and all the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet. The service was truly excellent. I also think the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
On top of that, they gifted us a perfume sample from a brand they collaborate with, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture.
Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

Charlotte Menora is overall a great place and definitely worth visiting. The food is tasty, the atmosphere is pleasant, and in general it feels like good value for money.
That said, service can be a bit inconsistent and it sometimes depends on who your waitress is. Most of the staff have been genuinely friendly and helpful, but on one or two visits things slipped because of miscommunication with the kitchen. The main issue was with dessert. We waited quite a long time, only to find out it was never coming because it wasn’t available.
Still, I’d happily go back. One tip: buy the truffle mayo and take it home. It’s excellent and a surprisingly good deal.

The bakery has varies types of bread, pastry and sweet confectionery. Good service, staff immediately give you attention to take order despite many tourists in the cafe when I arrived. The croissant is flakely but not dry, good sign of a proper croissant.

One of the best places we went for breakfast. They have multiple menus to choose from, depending on your hunger. The basket of bread and croissant is amazing and the jams and creams that accompany them are delicious. Everything is so flavorful that it’s hard to choose the best option. Besides, it has an incredible atmosfera, with the smell of bread and pastry on the air. Wishing to go back on my next trip to Warsaw!
