Usually go to the Lauderhill mall location but yesterday decided to stop into this one. Ordered 4 different style patties and coco breads (10 patties & 6 breads). Very very disappointed, patties were cold, hard and old and the same for the bread. Pulled off all hard piece and left with nothing. I come to find out that this isn’t “really” Charlie’s pastries but a spin-off. Do not go to this location if you want fresh food. Lauderhill location is 10x better.

Charlie’s pastry is a simple yet delightful Jamaican bakery shop. Their patties are much better than any other patties you get in the area. The crust is not so thick and they are always fresh out of the oven. The service could use a bit hustling. The girl behind the counter need to be more attentive.

Just a small patty joint, not much variety(in terms of patty) like it parent store , but the patties are freshly baked and still taste delicious! Sandy and renae give good custom service. I love going there.

My honest opinion..In the 90’s this place I loved every pastry..I had to go to lauderhill to buy meatloaf,,patties and coco bread for my entire family every week..Now for the past few years they drop off bad with their pastry but who I am to judge about taste and quality..My opinion..

Walked in and didn’t know what anything was, so we ordered one of everything! They looked at us like we were crazy, but it was totally worth it.
