Seriously delicious ice cream:) my partner and I got a classic cotton candy and an orange Fanta float. The service was subpar. I tried asking the young girl what a cake cone was and she gave me a look like I was speaking gibberish. Turns out it was just a regular cone. The ice cream is very yummy. Just wish the costumer service was better.

Had to leave my 5 star review after seeing that people are leaving one star reviews without even coming here, just to mess with a local business. I love Charlie’s and come a few times a month. The soft serve dipped in chocolate is my wife and my guilty pleasure. I’ve been coming to Charlie’s for their ice cream and I can’t complain! The service is always great—especially when I’m indecisive. The staff is super helpful and always suggests the best options. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

This review is for the new location, I have to say I gave it 5 stars because all in all it does look amazing and great pricing, but I went three times trying to get a taste, the lines were long which are expected and I just drove on. The third time I got down because there wasn’t a line to see if I could get a taste, but the method of them taking and doing orders just went so slow that when I finally waited in line to place my order, which was more than 15 minutes with 4 people in front, I then waited another 20 minutes, which the order was still not even ready to be done because they were still trying to do the four orders in front of me, at that point I just cancelled and they returned the money. I am not giving up, i will return, but I do think Charlie needs to have a better system to take and process orders as they are taken. Its a new place so I understand they are trying to figure out a method.

Dylan, Manuel and the whole team tonight handled the crowd of people with efficiency and were polite. Despite the long line, they were quick with handing out orders. Ice cream was deeeelishhhh. 10/10 recommend

Oh my goodness, Charlie’s is simply perfection! The soft serve is incredibly creamy and will make you fall in love with this place. The service was incredibly quick, even though there was a long line. The place was also super clean. I sat in the back, under umbrellas around 4 pm. It was so nice to have a good ice cream and such good attention. Definitely coming again soon!

Great amazing service from Charlie as always Ayla was swift and efficient with her ice cream service and although victoria wasn’t here she’s always great. Dylan was great at the front. The manager Tylan was a great leader truly commanding and leading the amazing Charlie’s ice cream team tonight.
