A quaint country kitchen on just east ~5mi b4 Chateaugay, NY on US-11; stopped by for lunch with a colleague as the weather was chilly n wet, their muy delish’ homemade chili warmed the inner body plus topped off with a cheeseburger n fries. Waitress was friendly with prompt service as she suggested her opinion on today’s special since this was our 1st time dining here. We both (Matt Keffer and myself) thoroughly enjoyed breaking bread.
Nothin’ fancy regarding this establishment, (ya can’t eat/ digest the tables, chairs n walls) just great fulfilling viddles along with wholesome hospitality…
Sooo… if you’re traveling west on NY-Rt11, east of Chateaugay and well b4 Malone, drop by as there’s plenty of parking enough space for even an 18wheeler..

My wife and I went for breakfast. I ordered poached eggs. Waitress had to ask if they could make poached eggs. I ordered Texas toast and got sourdough. Waitress asked if I wanted onions in home fries and I said no thanks. Well ihad onions In my homefries. I didn’t say anything because I had already waited a while for the food and didn’t want to wait any longer for them to correct it.needless to say we will not return!!
