They always make me feel like family! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal, and the Oklahoma hospitality is second to none. Don’t skip dessert—it’s a must!

Good food. Fast service. Sunday special was turkey and dressing. Pice was reasonable. Side portions were large. No chicken tenders but they have chunks with were real good.

So we just visited this location and had to wait over 20 minutes in line for two small fish dinners. No one would respond when we tried to figure out what was going on. in the past if someone ordered something else that needed more time they would have them pull up so the others could get their food.
Instead, we had to wait in line with no information and then the people working at the window. We’re not friendly. We’re not helpful. Wouldn’t answer our questions. We asked if the fish had been sitting there this entire time they said no but it’s just not a great experience. It’s not good food. I think it’s being run by different people so don’t walk run away from this place forever. Never give them your business because clearly it’s bad customer service, bad food and just not worth it when there’s plenty of other places with better options and more affordable.

Excellent food and customer service. Lady in drive thru checked each order individually to ensure everything was correct. Can’t tell you how much this is appreciated these days as there’s nothing worse then getting your order wrong. Food is always good!

Now, I don’t normally leave reviews. But I got my meals and could see a dead BUG on the inside of the of my sweet tea. No biggie, I’ll go and just get a refund. Allegedly, the manager was not there when I went back. The lady said she couldn’t do anything since the manager wasn’t there. Not one person apologized or offered anything to help this issue. So, unless you love bugs in your meals, I’d avoid this place.

Very clean store, everything seemed to be hot and fresh and the employees were all very nice. My little one liked the steak fingers and mac and cheese. Chicken chunks were a little over cooked but my coleslaw was tasty.

Updated review: I LOVE the food. The service seems to be hit or miss but I would say most of the time it is great. I have had a handful of times I requested utensils so I can eat my food. I have had missing food a couple of times. If you order a kids meal, it will be put into a plastic wrapper which will bleed oil and it will get all over your car. You have to request a box which they do for a 2 chunk snack which is almost exactly the same. Which brings me to my next complaint.. The kids meal is a WAY better deal unless you buy a lot of chicken. Literally their 2 chunk snack is more expensive than ordering every item individually. They are charging their customers for convenience.
My last complaint is from my previous review in which I have a terrible review. They commented on it saying to reach out to their email. 2 months later and no response. It feels like a facade on their reviews making it look like they care but I feel like it’s probably copy and paste. They don’t actually work with you. At least in my experience.
EDIT: still no response from Charlie’s chicken and I decided to visit again. I’m stuck eating mashed potatoes without any utensils. No napkins. Very disappointing. At least the food taste great. I guess I just need to take a few extra minutes EVERY time I visit to ensure my order is correct. I don’t care if I need to hold up the line anymore because I’m tired of driving off with something messed up.
