Chicken is pretty good. Place is a little weird and looks a little rundown. Staff was fairly friendly but saw multiple people hanging out by an office by the register doing idk what. Server stopped serving me to say something to a table cleaner that didn’t seem important. Overall was good food but I’m not sure I’d go back to this place.

Super great food!! The chicken chunks are delicious and consist of good quality meat. The roll is amazing! The mashed potatoes were okay, but everything else made up for it. And the service! The gentleman working the counter and the drive through was very nice and patient when answering questions. I would come back and highly recommend this place. AND THE MUSIC IS FANTASTIC

Usually very happy with everything we get here. Disappointed tonight. Got the chunk family pack. Chunks were great. Carrots were great. Broccoli cheese casserole a huge fail. Didn’t taste ANYTHING like it usually does. Very very off flavor. If y’all have changed the recipe then that’s a very bad thing. If not, then there was something seriously wrong with this batch.

Customer service today was awesome!! Whoever was working today 9/15/2025 they were super sweet and since they didn’t have cinnamon rolls at this location it seems they compensated by giving me a little extra, which made a huge difference since I came specifically for the cinnamon rolls!! They also made sure the pop was restocked before giving me my rootbeer so it would have all the syrup it needed instead of giving me crappy pop!! 1:30pm

Disgusting, old food. Bread isn’t supposed to be able to be used as a brick. That’s how hard my rolls were. I just threw my order away because it smelled foul. I don’t want food poisoning.

The service here was amazing. The crew on this shift was super friendly great customer service. The food was fresh had a small problem with over seasoned vegetables and talked to the crew member, they immediately swapped out my side item with no hassle.

Ordered here on 3 occasions and on all 3 occasions, the food was consistently mediocre. If you have never been to a Charlie’s Chicken, it is a cafeteria style restaurant. You go to the counter to order and the server spoons out your sides from a container. If you get a chance watch when they grab a scoop of the green beans. I went with a #2 combo, which is a 3 piece with 2 sides. For my sides I got the mashed potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw. For my chicken, I was able to select 3 Thighs! This is why I love high school servers, they take care of you! Oh, I forgot to mention a sweet bread roll was also included. There wasn’t one item in this combo that stood out. Everything was pretty bland. The coleslaw was crisp and did taste fresh, but the sauce was barely present. From what I could tell it wasn’t a sweet sauce. The mashed potatoes were the same, consistency was fine, and gravy tasted like simple gravy mix, nothing exceptional. As for the roll, it was not edible as it was pretty firm. I took a small piece and did not touch the rest of the roll. The 3 thighs were crispy, and greasy. The seasoning on the breading was plain, nothing stood out. I like the facility, it seems fairly clean, but everything is just so-so. Hope you have a great experience and enjoy the pictures!

The food tast like jail food especially the green beans and the Mac and cheese noodles were over cooked very very mushy and was runny like soup. Chick wasn’t so bad. Best thing here was the rolls and sweet tea

Gross rubbery chicken. Not that I want to eat all of it but they gave me 5 pieces of bone in when I ordered 6. The mash potatoes are flavorless and just completely embarrassing how longs this place been open or going to stay that way??? Definitely won’t be coming back.

I love the chicken and dumplings 4 stars on those but why are the drinks ALWAYS flat? It’s weird and honestly I know it’s mostly an older crowd that eats here but a little bit of salt and pepper would be nice.
