Stopped here for a bite on the way home from PA. The roast beef here is to die for! Charlie’s has my favorite beef on weck in the area. We tried it with gravy this time, and got the Mac and cheese and potatoes on the side. Everything was delicious as always

Well it’s a Speedway Gas Station, so not much of a dine in place, but they do have a couple small tables inside and picnic tables outside. But the FOOD IS STILL EXCELLENT! I love their roast turkey with all the fixins and their German Potato Salad. They were perfect, just like on Wehrl Road.

I have never had a bad sandwich from CTB until today. The last time my sister visited me she had a very tough sandwich. Today, I could hardly eat my beef. One would think a butcher would know when slicing if the meat would be inedible…today it was absolutely inedible. I couldn’t even bite through it! Awful. So disappointing!!

Always good beef on weck, never skimps on the roast beef never felt the need to complain, they make the best horseradish sauce. Three benches outside are the only places to sit and eat so hopefully it’s not cold, snowing, or rainy outside.

The gentleman that usually waits on me is wonderful and I enjoy coming here. The beef on wick is delicous. I often forget it’s here and I live 5 minutes away. I need to go in more! Highly reccomend if you are coming through Buffalo Bills territory and looking for one of the staples in the area. Note : it’s more of a place to grab to go. I think they might have a two person table or two but not much room. We just order to go and enjoy it at home or picnic style at the park.

You simply cannot beat the taste of a Charlie The Butcher beef on weck sandwhich. I served it during the holidays, and everyone raved about it. The Orchard Park location is convenient, wonderful staff, and easy to order ahead. If you haven’t tried Charlie The Butcher yet, you’re missing out!

It’s a gas station, and the atmosphere rating suffered. Other than that, the food is simply delicious. Not many places you can get freshly carved turkey and beef for a fair price. You won’t be disappointed….and you can full up your tank at the same time. Bonus
