This is my favorite place to eat in the city! I had the spareribs and they were excellent! Fall off the bone, juicy, and an amazing smokey taste. The sauce was terrific as well! I got baked beans with it and the baked beans are the best I’ve had!! My friend got the rib tips so I tried a couple of those and those were fantastic!

This place is a hidden gem. I had the rib tips and bbq pork sandwich and both were absolutely phenomenal. Their portion sizes are huge as well. I will definitely be returning soon.

My wife and I are new to the area. We have tried a couple of BBQ joints in the area and haven’t been real impressed. We decided to try Charlie’s out, and were amazed by our experience here. We showed up at opening time on a Sunday morning. We ordered our food, a variety of a little of everything. While our food was being prepared, I had the pleasure of chatting with Charlie Boy himself! He and his wife, Grace, are incredible, respectful, God loving people, which sold me on the place before we even had anything to eat. Then the food sealed the deal! Overall, a very pleasant experience and my wife and I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I had the ribs here, they were pull off the bone, the way I like it, and the meat was do tender and delicious. The side I had were baked beans and greens both of which didn’t disappoint.
