I wanted to try this place after hearing good things and seeing 4.7 stars, so we decided to go for Valentine’s Day breakfast.
Parking is great, we sat outside because we had our dog. It’s plain, good tunes. Inside was very kitschy. Service was great – our waitress was very friendly – and I love the dog-friendliness. A whole dog menu and complimentary dog treat & water – so cute!
Unfortunately, our meals were not good – Swedish pancakes looked pretty, but were flavorless and kinda soggy ( I only took about 3 bites which was 2 more than I actually wanted but I wanted to give them a fair chance), bacon was super greasy, my scrambled eggs were overcooked and very mediocre, my pink tea pot looked dirty, tea cup was dirty (I wiped it myself with hot water and didn’t end up drinking it) and the tin mug the sugar & stirrers were in was dirty. My boyfriend thought his skillet was decent so he ate half, but his stomach really isn’t feeling well now.
I’m not one to normally write bad reviews, but this was disappointing because I had high hopes and I’m bummed we wasted $50+ and now my bf is spending his Valentine’s Day with a stomachache. I recommend sticking with iHop.

Loved every moment here. The Eggs with rich sauce tasted amazing while the hearty wrap delivered great flavor. Warm corn muffins arrived first, then sweet cookies closed the meal, which felt like a kind extra. The staff stayed kind, welcoming, plus very pleasant during the visit. This spot deserves repeat visits.

We love this place! Such a good atmosphere, wonderful food and great staff! We eat here almost every weekend for breakfast and their pancakes are perfect.

Came here during a short trip to Burbank for lunch a bit of time ago. The restaurant was very quiet and my friend and I were the only ones there. It felt a little odd but our experience was still good. The place was clean and nicely decorated with a decent amount of seating inside. Our server was helpful and friendly, and there was nice music playing quietly. I had ordered the burger and my friend got the French dip sandwich. I thought my burger was cooked well and was tasty. We both really liked our food and were definitely satisfied!

The waitress was super friendly. Delicious food, reasonably priced. The chef even came and talked to us when we had a question about the fresh ingredients.

Service and atmosphere was great but the pancakes are horrible. They literally tasted like they were mixed with cardboard batter. Very dry! My entire table couldn’t believe how bad those pancakes were and that was the main thing we all came for because the website bragged on them. It was like they used the cornbread mix (which was not good either) to make the pancakes. I can’t believe anyone liked those dry things. Yikes! Parking is a nightmare. Ambience and staff were nice though. I won’t be returning unless they change that pancake recipe. Me and my friends will all be sticking with “Eggs & Batter” in Burbank. Sorry, just gotta be honest. Wasted our money.

This is such a cute place with plenty of space inside and out. It’s in a nice area where it’s not too busy and feels laid back. I did drive past it though because, it looked like an office building to me. The decor is farmhouse and cozy in the inside with a full shaded patio outside. My food was average, maybe a little below. I ordered chicken and French toast sticks. The chicken tasted a bit dry and overcooked. They were small pieces, which I think is pretty easy to over fry and dry out. They also didn’t have much flavor. The French toast wasn’t special, but was the texture and taste I expected. My daughter had the turkey & impossible sliders, which she said was okay. The staff was really nice, and it does seem like a nice place for the locals to gather and brunch. It just wasn’t a place I’d likely visit again. Oh, they have free cornbread to start the meal and a chocolate chip cookie to end it. Cornbread was pretty good. The chocolate chip seemed really old, not really edible.

Wow, so amazing!!!!!!!! We randomly stumbled upon this place after we gave up on waiting to get into the “famous” cafe de olla (1.5 hour wait and they had an attitude). So we gave up and found this place instead. The entrance is little hidden and unassuming, but don’t let that fool you- huge parking lot with plenty of parking. The place itself is super cute- a lot of cute bunny like decorations, unpretentious, homey. The staff- absolutely pleasant, welcoming and attentive (we had Javier who was lovely). Then comes the food- WOW. The fluffy pancakes were TRULY fluffy, the bacon thick, the eggs perfectly cooked and season. The orange juice fresh squeezed right there. SO good, much better than most renowned breakfast places we tried around LA. I can’t believe more people aren’t talking about this place!!! We WILL be coming back!!! Thank you for great breakfast!!!
