This was my 1st time at a Charley’s. Service was great, food tastes good. My order was taken right, but the food was added to the containers incorrectly. I did not receive the fries for my combo. Ordered online, 6pc wings with Cajun fries. The wings were cooked well. The buffalo sauce was food, but not spicy. The fries were cooked well, too. They put a lot of seasoning on the fries. The restaurant was clean. I went in to wash my hands. I normally don’t mention the bathroom accessories, but they had wipes, impressive. I really like the small things, shows they care about their customers. I didn’t stay long, my order was ready and I was in a rush. The staff (possibly the owners) seemed very nice. Next time, I think I’ll try one of their sandwiches. I’ll add that I really like that they open at 10 am.

Best Philly we have had in ages. Great atmosphere, great staff. Alot of options with phillys as well as wings and tenders. Fair prices. Been here now twice in as many weeks. Will recommend to friends and family. Picture shows regular Philly combo or what is left of it. Very tasty

Enjoyed dining in at the Forney location. The staff was welcoming at time of arrival. Of course the Philly sandwich was delicious and tasty fries all hot and fresh. Kayla was kind and provided really exceptional service. Will come back.

I just left the Forney location and I received unbelievable service from Taylor. She greeted me from the door and proceeded to take my order without hesitation. Taylor was awesome! Great customer service and friendly. The food was great too. I’m originally from NY and it’s difficult to find a good cheesesteak in north Texas. I’ve had this chain before and it’s pretty good. It’s as close to an authentic cheesesteak as I’ll get in the area. The dining room was bright and clean. I live in Dallas but will return the next time I’m visiting friends in Forney.
